We had an inground, 32'x16', 10 foot deep pool installed in 2006. This pool developed a leak in 2013. We replaced the vinyl liner in 2013 and the leak continued. The company that put that liner in returned 3-4 times attempting to find it and then quit coming. We were paying a $100 a month during the swimming season for water. In March of this year Blue Water Pool came out and examined out pool. They provided options and we decided the best course was to replace the liner while finding and repairing the leak. Blue Water arrived as promised and put our new liner in May of 2015. The pool continued to leaked. When I contacted Blue Water they reassured me they would get us up and running and they did what they promised. They returned as promised and methodically ruled out the probable causes until they found the leak and repaired it. This was an odd leak that was very difficult to find. The way it was leaking prevented leak detection equipment from finding it. (Stripped screws under a step prevented a seal from getting tight.) This was a time consuming task. This time of year pool companies are already swamped heading for the summer. Crews were sent on a weekend(Overtime). Blue Water was professional during this entire process. I have watched my pool for 2 months and we have no leak. I am very happy. Blue Water Pool is a company that I would trust without hesitation.
Description of Work: Replaced the pool liner for our inground pool and repaired a serious leak.

The original estiamte was for 6-8 weeks of construction time. It took 14 weeks until the pool and fence were finished. The suction lines in the pool had water leaking into them approxiamtely one month after construction. After the proprietor of blue water's construction business was unable to fix it, i went on the internet and told him to replace the pump motor. Thnakfully thqt worked. The fence is not flush to the ground in many places. It was 6-8 inches off the ground and i had to have another contractor come in and fix it, resod the lawn and do the landscaping. Last week, i had blue water come and open my pool for this summer. the pool was unfilled, the alt and chlorine levels were not correct, and there was a tremendous amount of debris in the pool, despite blue water installing a cover in the fall. i just got off the phone with them and when i asked if they were going to finish getting my pool ready, they told me ,"it can take 7 or 8 hours to fill a pool and we have 7 or 8 pools a day, so we cant do all that" that is the p***-poor level of service i have received from them throughout the project. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! At one point, they had dug post holes for the fence in the wrong place in my yard, despite me showing them exactly where they should go. I can not express enough my utter dissatisfaction with their service
Description of Work: i contracted with blue water pools out of joplin to build a large pool, a fence arounf my backyard and a retaining wall to deal with a hill next to the pool. The pool itself is fine. the actual building process was horrendous and the service was terrible. i recieved an estiamte of 6-8 weeks to complete the project. It took 14 weeks and i had to have another contractor come in and lay all the sod and do all the landscaping because these guys are terrible to deal with. They are completely unreliable and never have a straight answer to any question.

They have gone above and beyond in helping me in addition to having the needed products on hand.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my pool pump and took it to them. They were very helpful and replaced the impeller and gave me sound advice rather than just try to sell me a new pump. They also were very helpful in advice on how to winterize my pool.
