Jason was punctual & professional, and price was reasonable. He was also thorough and noticed a couple other issues that we'll need to fix in the future.

Overall, we were very pleased. Although the fireplace proved to be in bad repair (as we had suspected), Jason gave us several options with different price points. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have already recommended his services to family and friends.

Great work - on time, efficient and honest. Unfortunately, we now know that our chimney was built with a too small flue so we won't be having any cozy fires anytime soon. BUT so glad we had a professional come check it out before we filled our house with smoke! Thanks for the great work and honest advice.

21st Century Chimney Sweep did an excellent job and were great to work with. Jason was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have only owned my home for few months so I initially requested my chimney be cleaned but he said it looked good and didn't need to be cleaned. He also did an inspection since I did not have one done when I bought the house. He took the time to talk to me about my fireplace (well, technically I have 3 fireplaces) and answered all my questions about how to use a gas fireplace. He started each one and showed me how to use them. He noted that I had no caps on my chimney so that water would be running down into the chimney. Indeed, I did notice that during hard rains there would be a puddle of water next to one of the fireplaces. He ordered caps for me and delivered them to my house. I chose to install the caps myself and he was kind enough to explain how they should be installed and even told me to call him if I had any questions. Very nice guy! I would definitely use 21st Century Chimney Sweep again and recommend them to others.
