Appliance Parts Specialists

My clothes dryer blew the door switch and stopped dead. I called Sears who use and recommend Darren Weems of Appliance Parts Specialist. Left a message and got a return call in less than half an hour. Darren came about 2 or 3 hours later from another job, looked at my dryer, diagnosed the problem and took it apart to get the bad part. He said it would be ordered right away and he would call me when he had the part. The part had to be special ordered from a supplier in Dallas, TX who had to get it from another source. Darren called when he said he would and arranged a time with me to replace the part. He came on time, replaced the part and cleaned the vent pipe for me as well. He was friendly, efficient and very professional. He knew what to look for and how to take my ten year old front loading dryer apart. It had to have several large parts removed to get to the broken part. He had no problem doing this or putting it back together. He was here twice within five days for about an hour each time. His charges were for one service call plus parts. I will call him again for any appliance repair I may need in the future and I will recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.
