+ -1 moreI was over 1700 miles away with friends watching the work and I heard nothing but good. My phone contacts were comfortable and I had every confidence in Falcon. I am having another roof put on two new sheds and a cover on a new deck and I will call Falcon again. I know nothing about fair pricing in roofing but everybody told me with all the work, bad weather and super steep roof I got an excellent price. I felt good that I had trustworthy people working for me.
Description of Work: They remove THREE layers of old roofs, rebuilt sections of decking, and put on a new roof. They also removed an old chimney and got the debris cleaned up and hauled off. They also had to cover the house with tarp because the weather turned bad and stopped the work.

+ -1 moreThey were very good and professional. The measuring was well done and they did not get more materials than needed. They made sure that the skirts around the skylights were sealed correctly so they would not leak. The process was also very quick; they finished in one day. They also cleaned up everything nice and neat. The crew was large, which helped with the quickness and the clean up.
Description of Work: I had a new roof with Heritage Heavy Duty shingles installed.

Description of Work: Our house is a very tall 2 story. The lowest point is 26' above the ground. The roof pitch is 12/12 with lots of different angles. The drip edge could have been installed a little better but considering the working conditions it was understandable. They worked very quickly and efficently with no scaffleing.
