Texturite

I really can't say enough about this whole team/company. They were responsive, able to react quickly to changes (requests from me as well as a few obstacles that the job presented). The whole team was friendly and showed on time, did the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. For the record - work completed was popcorn ceiling texture removed, new LED lighting installed, replaced old can lights with LED lighting. The crew event sent me a picture of an old (very old) smoke detector, stating they would change them all out for new ones and just charge me for the smoke detectors. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, and the work the whole crew at Texturite completed.

Was mislead a little in process popcorn was not all removed but flattened out and smooth texture over about 50 percent. Does it look better than popcorn yes. Does it look as good as traditional texture. No no for me anyway but everyone has their own tastes. Tried to contact via phone and via web site email to discuss that the ceilings were painted a very antique white which us not as discussed. It was to be a standard white ceiling. Still no return response from company so I may need to seek assistance Easy to remedy issue. But no response means i would never recomend a company that does not stand by their work describe the process in detail or overstate what they will do.

Came out to do the quote. Not horrible but not great. Decided to hire them. He emailed me quote and stated he would be put the 1,2,3rd of August although it was already the end of August. I sent him an email asking if he meant September. No response. I called the morning of the first and was told they would be over shortly. He called a few hours later and said he made a mistake and would not be able to come out that day and would have to push to the next week. He did offer a pretty good discount but we were not impressed with the lack of communication.

Looked much better than before but didn't quite cover up the seams as we had hoped. Very reasonable compared to standard ceiling process so still very happy.

They were fast. I had no clean-up to do when they were done. It has been over two years since the work was done and I have had no issues arise.

Looks great to me. i like the Tuscan wall look and did the painting myself. A few areas bubbled due to the wallpaper areas which they warned me about. They came back, as requested, and fixed the bubbled areas. Very prompt and professional and helpful in recommendations. I requested a second touch up after the painting produced a few more bubbles. Once again, they were very prompt and eager to please. Price is my only complaint, but I didn't dicker with them and in retrospect that may have been a mistake as the whole job took 2 guys only a couple of hours (not including their travel). But then they had to come back twice for no extra charge, so maybe it's a fair price.

Work was excellent and happy with results. Bid was little higher than 2 other but was able to start next day rather than wait 4 weeks. Overall great experience....thanks Marvin and Josh..

He wasn't real professional when he came out. He was in a hurry and he kept talking to employees on his phone. Clearly was upset with the employee on his cell phone when he was talking to them while he was here.

It has been over a year since we used them but we were very satisfied. He showed up on time a gave an accurate estimate. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed job as scheduled. This was a job we had considered tackling on our own, but were very glad we did not! It was a very messy job, but they cleaned up their mess. I love our new ceilings.

I have used them before and I like their service. They are very good at what they are doing and they know what they are doing. They did a good job for the price they charged me. They were fast; they did the ceiling in one day which is something. They get the work done and they get it right. I am going to use them again probably in the next couple of months.

The owner prompty responded to my voice mail and made an appointment with me with in a day or two. He arrived on time and with samples so I could see his work.

Texturite were fantastic from the get go, John and Crew were responsive to our needs, punctual, covered up and cleaned great, the work was first class. Highly recommend this company.

Great job refinishing drywall and painting! I had previously removed wallpaper in living room and dining room areas. Texturite refinished the drywall on walls and ceiling, painted both room with colors of my choice, added a chair rail in the dining room and a glaze finish to the bottom half of the dining room wall. Excellent work all around. Very professional crew, fast but thorough, courteous, left the job site clean after each days work. Would recommend for adding an extra touch to your drywall and paint projects.

The owner and workers are pleasant people to deal with. I wanted to avoid taking off wallpaper and paint over it (probably not a good idea) and they contracted to put an overlay on it making it look like a textured wall and I would do my own painting. It involved a medium sized family room, kitchen and a bathroom, the charge was $800. Two workers were here about 3 hours and spread a plaster like substance over the wallpaper, removing some paper and leaving some that was somewhat loose. It did not cover all the paper, only in spots. I had to stain over some that got on some rough finished wood ceiling beams, there was no tapeing or drop cloths used. Be sure you understand clearly what is to be done and how it is to be done before singning a contract with this firm.

They were on time, stayed to their estimate, did extra work, just very good from start to finish.
