The electrician came to assess the job and promised a next-day estimate, but did not deliver. I called the following week, and again, he did not provide an estimate. I took time off work to meet him for the estimate, and he wasted it.

first of all, Brad and his team promptly returned phone calls. He gave me an estimate and explained fully all of the many options available. (We had originally wanted a tankless heater ad he showed me what would be necessary to install one--which was more involved than we wanted.). He gave me all the available options, including option to save us money (for example, he would install a heater we purchased from a big box store). He also explained what would be needed, and the costs involved, for a water softener and treatment (which we asked for--he didn't try to sell it to us. In fact, his advice saved us from buying a softener that we really don't need.) He and his crew were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves, hauled away the old heater, and stayed true to the quoted price. Very pleased and would call on them again for any plumbing issues.

Lost power in the basement. They were able to come out same day. Found the problem right away. Patrick was friendly and did a great job for a fair price. I will use them again.

It was pretty extensive wiring. Patrick was very meticulous about the way he did things but very quick and efficient. He was personable and easy to work with. He did a neat and meticulous job of his wiring and went to great lengths to provide us with convenient and functional features. The kitchen lighting in particular enhanced the kitchen remodel greatly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely no attention to detail on the outside porch lights. Not centered between windows and lights are touching soffits. These lights could have been easily been installed to look professional with minor measurements.
