Steve and Susan were recommended to me by friends when our AC unit was freezing up and a mega-plumber diagnosed whole system failure. They came out on a holiday weekend to give me an estimate and were great to talk to and answered all my stupid questions patiently. I got many more bids, but came back to them in the end. They got everything done in a day and came back to check that it all worked properly. Got everything installed in a day and heating and AC have been great.

From the beginning Steve Jones was very helpful in offering us choices in different furnace/air conditioning models based on our needs for the house. We went with an American Standard system based on his recommendation which offered better overall temperature in our 3 level house which worked out well since the upstairs was a little hotter than downstairs. Steve also offered a better thermostat which was cheaper overall after instant rebate which was very thoughtful and satisfying. Also saved us costs based on recommending less vents (versus home inspection recommendation) needed for airflow in the basement area and bathrooms. Very pleased with venting outside versus up the chimney which had caused some damage in the chimney from old system. Recommend Steve Jones company for your future HVAC needs.

Steve and Susan were awesome. Listened to my concerns, gave advice and installed the system in an emergency, the day after Christmas. Showed up on time, worked through all the issues and completed it the same day. Wonderful people, honest and reliable.
