+ 6 moreI first contracted Mr. Whitlow to do exterior repair, window installation and painting. That job went so well and with excellent results that I hired him to do our whole bath from top to bottom. Again the job was done with the same professionalism, craftsmanship and courtesy, at the very reasonable agreed upon estimate.
Description of Work: I had painting, exterior repair and four windows installed. And the second project was a complete bathroom make over everything from demolition of existing fixtures to installation of tub, sink, floor tile, dry wall, painting and ceiling.
