Capacitor on air conditioning unit went out, they came out the next morning and had it fixed it 10 minutes. High recommend, great work!

Your work was great! Perfect if I can say so. I could tell by speaking with you on the phone that you were a seasoned professional in your field, which was one of the reasons that I chose you. You knew all of the State and City regulations and you also knew how to rearrange all of the equipment for me, plus you finished all of the work in a fashionable time frame. I am filing a lawsuit next week because Robert Holsinger quoted me a price for a 70000 btu furnace and installed a 45000 btu instead. When it was discovered during the recent "zero" weather because the furnace would not go above 67 degrees, he yelled at me over the phone, "I am not responsible" and refused to do anything about it. I had to hire another company to install the 70000 btu furnace and Robert Holsinger has refused to reimburse me. UPDATE: I won the lawsuit and kept the 45000 btu unit

I've had to call Bob a couple of times to fix our heater. He is an honest guy and very knowledgeable. He has made it out the same day every time and always gets it working quickly. Prices are very reasonable and he will always be my first call when we are having HVAC issues.

It was fine. I don't remember anything bad. The price was a C because the cost of freon was so expensive. Punctuality was fine. They were very prompt. The work was fine. They treated me fine. They had excellent service.

Bob came out, did the estimate and then kept in touch to ensure we'd know if anything changed (it didn't), and when we contracted him to do the work, he told us when he'd be there, and was, right on time. He and his assistant took the day and installed our new heating and AC system. They had a few snags, but handled them with aplomb and worked things out when needed. (No 'oh, sorry, it's harder than we expected, it'll be more' or 'sorry, we don't have the right tools/parts to fix the issue' schtick from these guys!) They did their work, then cleaned up after themselves, double checked everything (even the clean-up) and tested both the AC and the heat to make sure both worked before they left. Bob even walked me through how to work the new thermostat before reminding me about the warranty and how to address any problems, should they arise. They were awesome.

I have not called an hvac person before, so I looked up reviews online and he had the best reviews. I called him at 5a, he was here within the hour, determined what the problem was, had the parts on his truck and everything was fixed within the hour. He was extremely professional. And also, for the women out there who do not feel comfortable with repair or delivery men, I felt completely comfortable. No need to worry - you can trust him.

Thanks to Bob, I was able to have installed a quality 95% efficient 2-stage furnace and humidifier for substantially less than the big companies 80% unit (without the humidifier). He showed up at the agreed day and time and completed the furnace replacement on day one. He came back the next morning and completed the humidifier installation. All work was clean and professional. I decided to wait at least until spring to replace my equally old and inefficient A/C unit, but will very likely hire Holsinger for that job as well.

Bob was awesome. I called on a Friday for initial contact and offered to email some photos of my current unit and layout. He responded with a basic estimate along with links to the actual equipment, and cost variations of common upgrades as I had requested. He told me that before he made a final bid he would need to come physically look at the site. I requested he call me about 10 on saturday to set up a time. He called promptly at 10 am. When he came out Saturday we went over options, locations and alternatives for running vents, etc. He prepared a final estimate and said he could start monday and it would take a day and a half. He arrived Monday and Tuesday at exactly the scheduled time and went to work. He called me about 1:30 Tuesday to let me know he was finished. I came home to check things out and pay the bill. Everything looked great. Nice neat work and cleaned up behind himself. The AC is unbelievable! The house feels great. We couldn't be happier with the purchase or the service.

WE WERE GLAD THAT WE CALLED HOLSINGER THE SERVICEMAN KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WRONG RIGHT AWAY.
