Good Guys Plumbing

Third time I have used them. Needed to replace a leaking yard hydrant at the barn and a no freeze faucet at the house - had both done in under an hour. Good service and a fair price.

They were very quick to respond. I called on Sunday leaving a message not expecting a call until Monday. I was called Sunday night and Monday morning two men showed up with a backhoe and went to work. It was done in a very professional and effective manner. The yard was already a mud pit from the leak but they did the best possible job considering mud and mid-January in Kansas. The two men were very pleasant, explained what was happening, showed me the damage and repair. They were both very personable and friendly.

I had a very good experience with Good Guys.

They came out replaced it, my wife had to take off half day of work so they could come. They were sent by home Warranty co. after they left, my wife called them as the water would not go to the shower but now just the tub. They wanted her to take half day off again. They would not make after hours arrangements, just told us we don't work past 4 P.M.( this is not very customer friendly) and I can understand if it had not been for the fact they were the ones who caused it. We called out another company, they discovered that good guys had left debris in the new valve. When reporting to the BBB, Mr. Stallbaumer started calling my wife names in the re-lays and acted very unprofessional.
