These guys were absolutely great. I had them come out to check on some duct work that I was thinking needed to be completely replaced. I had tried to get other companies to come out but because my crawlspace was so small, the companies either turned me away over the phone or didn’t show up! These guys arrived during the time scheduled and were very friendly and were even able to fix my issue on the spot! I will hands down use them in the future for any of my HVAC needs!! Thank you for being so willing to crawl under my home and fix an issue I needed addressed!

Called Shana (spelling?), who later identified herself as the owner. She was very pleasant. Set up an appointment to have our Amana Heat Pump repaired (warranty service). They were to be at my home on 6/12/2019 between 12:00 to 1:00 pm. They never showed. They called my wife at work (not me, waiting for them at home) and said they would be "a little late" and make it at 4 pm. They never showed. They called my wife again and said they were "running late" but would "definitely be there this afternoon". They never showed and never called again. I waited until the next day and at 12:45 pm, having never heard from them, called Shana. She apologized, said they "had to fire someone" and they have a "new guy" that "I guess we put too much on". And that's it. She admitted that they never showed up and admitted they never called to say they were not coming, and admitted that they had not made any attempt to call me the day after to explain or apologize. I reported them to Amana/Goodman, for whatever good it might do someone else. I would never trust this company again. They are free to dispute any of this, we both know that they cannot.
