During the estimate, the owner was super personable and informative! The crew and foreman on this job were top notch! The foreman communicated well and the crew left the site clean and tidy!

Foundation coating review for an old porch that had much of the vertical concrete coating missing on the columns and outer lower walls. I've no doubt that the workers sent to perform the repair are good at new forming and installation of concrete. With foundation repairs, not so much. The work they performed on my porch, when completed, looks like a landscape with hills and craters. It appears that one more step to put a skim coat would have given me a flat(er) surface.When I called about my concerns complete with photos The supervisor stated, and I quote: liked the end result of what was done.

Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the work, timelines, professionalism, etc. The only issue that I would nitpick on would be over forms of payment. They do not take credit card, (they do but they charge over 5% interest, I think almost 9% if I remember, it was ridiculously high). I had to send a check. I guess I didn't even think to ask regarding payment as I figured in todays forms of payment, Apple pay, Venmo, credit card, cash, Bitcoin (lol), credit card would be accepted (w/o a up charge). Perhaps I am young, but I had to search 4 hours for my checkbook, remember how to write a check, cross my fingers that it won't get lost in the mail, and then wait 5 days for the bank to process the payment. This review will be up for two weeks before I know the company has finalized my payment. And of course, I miss out on my cash back rewards for using my Bank of America credit card (I'll take kick backs on that BOA plug for any reps out there... :) Anyway, the company was great....just take credit cards guys!

Due to various circumstances, I became an out-of-state landlord and unfortunately, the top step at the house that I was renting cracked due to settling. I hired DC Solutions to repair the problem. They did fix the top step, but in so doing, 2 of the lower steps were shifted in the middle, causing an majorly uneven surface with a height difference of approximately 1" on each side. Since I was out of state, I didn't get a chance to view their work until some time later, but I confirmed with the tenants that the height difference on the lower steps was caused by the work done by DC Solutions. Unfortunately, the "fix" ended up being basically worse then the original problem in this case and I paid nearly $4000.00 for their services. I had to hire a different company to come out and fix the steps damaged by DC Solutions, and they said the job done by DC Solutions had been done incorrectly or poorly in a number of ways. I have attached pictures of what the lower steps looked like after the work by DC Solutions was completed.

Crew showed up on time and was professional and polite. When problems arose, they were able to quickly remedy the situation. Original bid was a bit higher than other contractors, but they did extra work. When they needed to come inside to the basement to add drainage, they carefully tarped off other areas to minimize dust.
