Did a great job been 5 years no flooding

They brought a big crew of 8 and installed piers to level my house. It only took one day! I watched them work and admired their teamwork and unselfish approach. I wound up speaking with almost all of them at some point and they all showed respect and genuine interest in my questions or concerns. Glad I hired them!

Explained exactly what they would do and the condition they would leave the area in. Weâ re good for their word. Very heavy rain just three days afterward and everything held. No water in basement since they did their work and itâ s been 9 months.

The owner (Derek) came out to inspect our foundation after we reported some cracks in walls and ceiling. We were convinced we needed repaid, but Derek indicated this was natural settling and not something in need of immediate repair. He gave us tips for watching the cracks to see if another inspection would be needed later. We wanted to pay for his time, but he insisted there was no charge. He could have easily recommended repairs given our concern, so we truly appreciated his honesty and suggestions. Will DEFINITELY recommend to others and we will use them in the future should the need arise.

They were quick to respond and priced very fairly for our area. The repairs were completed. As with these things, more leaks appeared but they came back out and fixed those quickly.

I was so impressed with the work they did. I needed 9 piers installed to fix an addition that was moving. They were all courteous and very hard workers. The job was completed in a timely fashion and everything looked great afterwards. I would highly recommend this company. Great job!!

The technician came out and did a thorough inspection and in the end didn’t find anything wrong with the foundation and he said that he didn’t find anything. I appreciate the honesty and integrity.

Foundation coating review for an old porch that has much of the vertical concrete coating missing on the columns and outer lower walls. I've no doubt that the workers sent to perform the repair are good at new forming and installation of concrete. With foundation repairs, not so much. The work they performed on my porch, when completed, looks like a landscape with hills and craters. It appears that one more step to put a skim coat would have given me a flat(er) surface.When I called about my concerns complete with photos The supervisor stated, and I quote: liked the end result of what was done.

Chris and his staff are totally professional and dedicated to outstanding customer service. D C Solutions responded promptly to my request and were sensitive to the time I needed to have the work done. The crew who installed 4 steel piers under our sinking family room/garage wall were knowledgeable, dependable and courteous. Dustin, the foreman, was conscientious about keeping me informed on the project and although it was a very messy operation they left having cleaned up and removing all the debris. Dustin is an excellent ambassador for the motto "customer satisfaction comes first"!!

Courteous, hard working men. Knew what they were doing and accomplished it in a short amount of time. No goofing around and very conscientious regarding their jobs, especially the young man in charge of the job. Would definitely recommend them again!

They were professional and did not waste time. Their performance placed them in the top tier of companies much larger than them. Their trailer accidently left spots on my new drive and they returned to power wash it clean.

They were very professional and took care of my drainage problem just like they said they would. It only took a few hours and they cleaned up everything. I have not had water in my house at all since they were here and we have had some terrible rains. I would recommend this company to everyone!!!
