They were very good. They were very clean, professional, and they were on time. The service was all around very good. Their truck was even clean and they were very professional. The price seemed reasonable as well. I would enthusiastically recommend them.

They came when I was not at home. They emailed an estimate for the work. We postponed the service due to landscaping work. He was very responsive with any questions that I had. I was very impressed with his response time.

He came when I was not at my home. He estimated for more windows than we wanted clean. The cost was too high overall for all of the windows. They were very matter of fact with the estimate and it seemed there was no wiggle room.

Very well. They arrived promptly at 9:00 wearing booties over shoes-which I love to see. While on the ladder they pointed out a clogged dryer vent and guttering to my husband. The dryer has worked much more efficiently and more importantly not a fire hazard.

Kevin and his crew did a great job. He provided an in-person estimate on Monday at 4pm and he and his crew cleaned the windows from 8 am to 2 pm the next day. Four people worked for six hours to clean all the windows in our ranch-style house including about 20 6 over 6 windows, a sliding glass door, two sets of garage door windows, the tiny front door window and an interior door with glass panes. Many of the windows were stuck shut and they were able to open all but one of them. To clean the windows, they swept all the dust out of the windowsills, removed and cleaned the storm windows, removed and brushed clean the screens, and cleaned the windows themselves. They also scraped the windows to remove paint that wasn't carefully applied to the frames. The crew was friendly, polite and easy to work with. They removed their shoes when entering, kept a towel under their work area, promptly swept up stray dust and paint that was scraped off the windows and were altogether easy to work with. They even cleaned one of my gutters since they were already on the ladder! At the end they left behind a complimentary can of glass cleaner. I am not reporting on the price because the window cleaning was a gift from my mother in law.

My windows just sparkle! It's like I have a new pair of glasses...the view is so clear. The workers were very professional and took great care with the inside of my home. I would definitely use them again.
