My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lind Rau of Value Home Decor... she rescued us from a home improvement project that was going all wrong. She quickly became our "project manager". Our plans were to remodel our kitchen and update our living room and dining room as well. Linda assisted us with every decision .... from picking cabinets, granite, flooring, paint colors, furniture.... you name it Linda was there for us through the entire process .... we couldn't have done it without her guidance. We highly recommend her for any project you might have... you will not be disappointed.

Selecting blinds for the many windows of our recently-purchased house was my first experience with HomeAdvisor. I am very pleased with the designer who contacted me, Linda Rau of Value Home Decor. She is very knowledgeable about the product, was patient in answering my questions, and respected my desire for economy. Her estimate was less than half of the price I would been quoted by one of the big stores. The blinds arrived earlier than expected and were promptly installed. They look good, inside and out! I would definitely recommend both Linda her installer, Nick, and will likely be calling on Value Home Decor for other projects.

We had this work completed in December of 2018 - Linda Rau is great and very helpful in helping us make choices that work for our spaces. We had shades installed in our eat in nook and a window above the front door in our foyer. Out of the 5 bids, hers was the best and she had the best selection. A year later the shades still look fantastic and we get a lot of compliments. I recently called Linda to get a replacement part for the shade on the door and she remembered me and the job...that does not happen often. You'll be very satisfied when you select Linda for your job.

Linda is very responsive and kept us in the loop about delivery and installation. She came to our first meeting armed with really nice samples and helped us choose which products to install. She also ran several different pricing options for us.

The best thing about this decorator was the communication. She generally replied to texts within a few minutes. There were a few snags but she promptly addressed them.
