Chase initially stopped by in December and gave me a quick quote.I told him I would call him In February. I called him back in February and he came that day and gave a new quote.That quote was about $700 higher than the old one but to his credit he just looked in my back yard on the 1st quote.One of my trees in my back yard needed a lot of work.They were a little late the 1st day but as soon as his crew got here they went to work and didn't stop till it was dark.He arrived about 10am and left at 6pm.He had to come back in the morning for about an hour and a half and finish up. So for 10 hours work I didn't think the price was that bad. For anybody looking for a tree service provider his crew does do good work.Don't get discoouraged by 1st impressions.His crew might discourage some people to look elsewhere but like I said They worked their butts off.I would recommend them to anyone.Oh I also forgot to say they had a guy come and remove 5 stumps.That guy was very nice and curtious.

He offered such a fair price, I thought he would just do a half-job, but decided to go with it. I also mentioned two other small trees I needed taken out. He agreed to do the whole job for an unbelievable 500.00,We talked about him doing it the next day. I went back in the house. I started hearing noises. He took out the 2 small trees right then. He came back by to get the limbs. He is a small operation, but a very hard worker. He did a great job on the larger oak tree. His clean up of the smaller trees was just o.k. All in all, I think I got a little more than I paid for.

Had Shane come to the house to trim back and prune our trees. He had walked the yard with my wife and explained what he was going to do and she felt good about his knowledge and I also spoke to him on the phone so we went ahead and had him do the work that afternoon. When I got home I noticed that there were several dead limbs in our oak tree in the front yard. As I walked around the yard, I noticed that he also failed to seal a maple tree that had some bark falling off of it like we had agree on the phone that he would do. I left 5 to 6 messages on his cell phone over the next several days with not return call. He finally called me on Wednesday of the following week saying he had to go to Wyoming for a family issue, but that he would be there in the morning to address my concerns. The next morning he call 45 minutes past when he said he would be there to tell me he had to take his daughter to get shots for school and that he would be there in an hour and a half, but he would call when he was on his way. Two hours later he called me to see if he could just come by in the morning on Friday. The next morning he finally showed up 30 minutes late and I pointed out what he didn't do. He kept talking about how much work they had done and I had to remind him that was fine, but there were obvious things he didn't do. While I thought he was there to do the work that day, he said he would be back on Saturday. I asked him three times if he was going to be there on Saturday and he said yes. Of course he didn't show up and so I called him on Monday night and he answered his phone. Asked him why he didn't show up and he said he was at a funeral and things had been really crazy. He said he would be there on Saturday and I told him that I really needed for him to follow up on his word because for the most part he hadn't. He assured me he would be there. Well, it's now Monday as I fill this out and of course Shane didn't show up or call again. I ended up having another service that was at my neighbors finish up the Oak tree for $50 and I took care of the Maple tree myself. The guy that came over pointed out how Shane's company didn't cut the branches back flush to the tree which isn't good for the tree and it doesn't look like to look at either. I ended up getting most of those done myself. While things appeared to start off very well, Shane became very unreliable and after talking to someone else, it appears his work is only ok. I wouldn't use Shane again or recommend him.
