Tidy Up Angels LLC (formerly Steady Pro Cleaning) was born in 2008. The knowledge and experience I received in the janitorial industry came from my family who had been in the business for over 16 years. After having the pleasure of working and learning from the best in the business, I decided to open my own company. I felt I had a unique vision and understanding of the industry and definitely the best training. Today we still holds the family operated tradition with my sister as the sales executive and my wife as co-founder and administrative assistant of Tidy Up Angels LLC. Our goal is to provide you with a unique and superior cleaning experience. The formula we used to structure our company was simple: Combine all the common complaints and concerns we have heard over from your past experience. Design a solution to these common complaints and concerns that other companies have failed to address. Clean areas others won’t. Build a company on the foundation of personal integrity and trust. Provide direct communication between you and the owner to address any questions or concerns you may have. Add an abundance of care and professionalism. By honoring our mission,I believe our company will lead the industry to a new standard. Raise the level of expectations from our customers and actually deliver a level of service that you and your family deserves. No longer will we be viewed as just another cleaning company. All I can say is be sure to require a contract before they step foot inside your home and consider taking pictures of your home between cleanings. Better yet, find different cleaners.

We had a great experience with Tidy Up Angels cleaning company. They were very thorough in their cleaning and spent extra time on the house the 1st time. I loved the small touches like folding the bath/hand towels into fun shapes. We will definitely continue to use them for our monthly cleaning service.

I used this cleaning service once per month for almost 2 years and, at first, was blown away by the great service. The same 3 cleaners showed up each week, including the owner. Then after the first year, the owner assured me he no longer needed to be there, that the cleaners were totally trained in what they needed to do, so I was fine with that - but I told him I wanted him to let them in so the garage door code is not given out to everyone. However, after a couple more cleanings, he no longer came, he gave them the garage door code, and different cleaners showed up each time - and none of them spoke English. I would talk to the owner about problems after they completed the service and he would send someone back to redo missed or inadequately cleaned areas and he vowed they would do better in the future and were okay for a couple of times and then slid backward again. They set off the burglar alarm on one visit which brought the police to the house. I talked to the police officer by phone who informed me that none of them had any type of IDs nor green cards - and none had driver's licenses, although they had driven to my house. May 2011 was the last straw - the owner called to let me know they could not service my house on the scheduled time on Wednesday morning and asked if they could come on Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 instead. I agreed, although it was not totally convenient. I was upstairs at noon on Tuesday - I was not even dressed - when I was startled to hear voices in the house. It was the cleaning crew who had arrived, unnanounced, 2 1/2 hours early and let themselves in my house through the garage without checking to see if anyone was home, even though my car was in the garage. I tried to tell them I was not ready for them to be there - they they were over 2 hours early, but all they could say was, "We here, we here." I left a message for the owner that I needed to hear from him right away...and to this day he has never responded.
Description of Work: I had them clean my house every 4 weeks - 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room, entry hall, office, kitchen, laundry room and stairs. They did things I liked such as cleaning exterior of the appliances, including the toaster! They cleaned the inside of the microwave. They dusted the miniblinds each time and wiped down windowsills. But after awhile they would forget to vacuum one of the bedrooms. Or they evidently got in a hurry when cleaning the miniblinds because one or two of the blinds would be completely bent at a 90 degree angle. They would not shake rugs in the bathrooms. I have a throw rug in a hallway that sometimes would not be touched at all. I was having problems with some spotting on the entryway hardwood floors, and kept polishing the floor, wondering what was going on with that floor. Then I found they used that floor to stack up very wet cleaning cloths while they cleaned the bathrooms, etc. They did not understand that they should not pile wet things on the hardwood floor. There are only my husband and I and we have no pets, so the house is not that dirty and one of the bedrooms is rarely used - so I paid them depending on the amount of work I expected them to do. For a complete thorough cleaning I paid them $160-$170. For a less thorough job, or to skip a room or two, I paid them $135.

ICS cleaning my house for over one year. At first I was really amazed with the cleaning service but around that year mark I noticed the standards had dropped. I continued to point things out that I excepted to be completed, (i.e. mopping the floors, cleaning the kitchen cabinets) and ICS said they would address these things and occasionally would, but I continued to come home after they cleaned and spend another hour + cleaning the house. They also scratched up my stove top with abrasives and scratched glass table tops by scooting things along the glass instead of picking them up. The employees are very friendly and flexible.
