The women were thorough and did an excellent job. One slight inconvenience is that most of the team did not speak english.

A crew of four arrived on time and dived right in. They divided up the house, and did a first rate job of cleaning. The original estimate was for an hour in our small 2 bedroom bungalow (about 1200 sq ft), but they ended up taking 1.5 hours, so it cost a little more. The place had not had a good cleaning in months, and they left it sparkling clean. . . even washed the woodwork. There was a small problem when the pump on the kitchen sink for dishwasher fluid was broken, but they were out within 24 hours and fixed it. A bit more costly than we had experienced with other firms, but you can't fault the results. We feel we got what we payed for. Just Excellent.

Great service! Everything is done very well and have yet to miss a spot.

I use them every three weeks. They are very quick and friendly. They are pretty thorough and I have been happy with them.

I liked the fact that they got back to me right away. The woman who gave me the quote was very detailed and very helpful. She described the situation and quickly gave a quote over the phone. I didn?t go with them and instead chose another service as they were cheaper.

I used them only once. They broke a bowl and so I did not have them back again. They did a good job of cleaning. I could not converse with most of them because they did not speak English. They were all Mexican. There were 4 of them. One of them spoke English. The rest of them did not speak English and if they did, I did not hear them do so. The price was fair. They were quick to come. They were on time; they came when they said they would. I will not use them in future.

They are excellent. I just started using them two months ago. I used to have an old cleaning service, and the difference between them and this company is like night and day. The old service didn't get to the vaulted system. The new company definitely gets to everything; they have a 22-point system that they use every time they come out.

Their price is pretty reasonable and comparable. They do special deals with customers who take on multiple house cleanings. My only complaint with them is that they don't wash dishes. Sometimes they do my dishes, but I'm told they're not suppose to.

Overall it went just fine. I didn't know exactly what to expect but I;m sure it was more than what I thought I would get.

I am upset that they dusted around the things and they did not lift things to dust under it. Two people spent two and a half hours in my bed room and bathroom while one person cleaned upstairs. When the time I purchased was running out they got to the kitchen but I think they should have taken care of it initially. I had to do my own laundry room because they ran out of time. Only one spoke English so it was difficult for me to ask questions and I found out that several things were not done. They said they would come out again because they guarantee their work. It was the day of the reception I could not have maids cleaning while I was serving the dinner. I was not happy with the quality of service that I received. The price was too high. I asked for four hours of working time instead they brought in one extra person. The cleaning of bathroom was excellent but they took a lot of time. They did not get here on time.

They come every other week. I have been using them for a year. Their work is good and I like them a lot. The house looks shiny and clean when they leave. I don't always get the same team. I am not always there when they do the cleaning, but they are trustworthy. They are punctual and I am perfectly satisfied with them.

They were a little bit pricey. The did a good job and were professional. They were quick. They schedule in advance and get a key from you. They come out when they can.

We were disappointed. Cleaning was always excellent, but seemed to take longer (and thus be way more expensive) every time. Original price was low $100's, but went up to well over $200 with no mention of a price increase. When I addressed the issue to management, nothing changed.

The company called to confirm my appointment the day before, which I appreciated, and the cleaning team showed up right when I expected them to, which was also great. Even though I communicated with the main office what work I wanted done, the cleaning team did not seem to know what work they would be doing when they arrived. Despite breaking one of my blinds (and not telling me about it or doing anything to fix it - I found it after they left), they did a really nice job cleaning my blinds. Other than the blinds, though, their cleaning job was mediocre. After they left, I had to clean several things on my own. They vacuumed the ceiling fans throughout the house, but the vacuum does not remove dirt on the fans (it just takes off the dust), so I still had to wipe all the fans down myself. There were several areas in my kitchen (food marks on the tile backsplash, stains on the counters, sticky spots along the sides of the microwave, etc.) that I had to re-clean when they left. Since I was able to get all of those areas clean myself, I felt like they were all things the cleaning team should have been able to clean as well. They did not clean the kitchen floor or bathroom floors even though I asked them to, but they did vacuum the carpet throughout the house even though I told them it didn't need to be vacuumed. One of the most disappointing things about my experience is that I never received a follow-up call from the main office to find out if I was satisfied with the work, and I think that displays poor customer service.

This was for a deep cleaning. I thought they did a very good job.

The cleaning crew was wonderful! Great job. They pointed out where they were unable to clean a few things and made sure we were OK with that. The only complaint we had was that it took a couple of days for the sales people to return our call to set up the service, and they would not give us an estimate (morning or afternoon) when they would be there. Even when we called a day or two before. So, unless time is of the essence, the people who do the work are very good.

I am very impressed with the quality of staff and the work performed. This is the best housecleaning service I have ever used.

I've been using them for about 3 months. So far I am very pleased with the quality and consistency of the work. Also, no breakage, so far, which was a terrible problem with my last service.

Having become dissatisfied with another house cleaning service, I tried The Maids after finding them on Angie's List. They are better than the previous house cleaning service. I intend to continue using them with additional directions, they ought be able clean to my satisfaction.

We were thrilled. The team was polite, professional, and effective. We noticed a huge difference. We will use their service again, and recommend The Maids without reservation.

It was excellent. They did a good job. price was good they were easy to work with and they showed up when they were supposed to.

Good work. Carpets needed a second vacuuming, but they did it. They were very professional. This company was almost twice as expensive as some others I have used, however.

THEY SCHEDULED ME IN A WIDE WINDOW OF TIME BUT THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD COME THAT DAY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
