+ -1 moreOur listing was seamless. We had an out-of-state move and selling turned out to be the easiest part of the moving process due to The Gamble Team's proactive nature and follow-up. Working with Rhyne and Tonya ensured that we had all of our i's dotted and t-s crossed from the seller's perspective. We listed our house on a Sunday and had two competitive offers in the course of four days. We accepted a full price offer on our home four days after listing. We basically sold immediately and I am convinced that our house would have been on the market for much longer without the Gamble Team's help. We had immediate feedback from Rhyne as to showings and he answered all of our questions. I am very happy with our choice of realty team.
Description of Work: We listed our home in Shawnee Kansas with Rhyne and Tonya Gamble in early to mid-June. They gave us a great list of comps in our area, provided pertinent information for selling the house, and had a complete marketing plan as to how they would list our home. Their marketing plan showed us how they would blanket the market with our listing information as well as tailor our home to the perfect buyer. They also gave us important timing information on the current real estate market and let us know the right time to list...which happened to be immediately, because real estate inventory was low in our area. They helped us with ideas on how to stage our home (we have two young children, so that was important to us). And they also worked with us by providing information on the listing and selling process.

It worked and our house sold fast. With a panoramic video tour and the staging, our house sold in just days, in the middle of a snowstorm. When we had questions or concerns they got back to me immediately. Give the Gamble team a try, if you are buying or selling. They did both for us and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. They sold our house for top dollar and got a short sale for us at an amazing price. Thank you Gamble Team!
