Rico arrived on time explained to me the issue and was able to complete the repair immediately (after going to get the parts). He made a little mess but was very conscientious about it. He also asked if there was anything else he could help with. Excellent customer service.

The Flow Doctor was prompt in getting back with me and setting up an appointment. Ricco H. came at the appointed time and was knowledgeable about how to address our problem outside faucet. The pricing was good and the 3-year warranty made this an easy decision to proceed with the repair. Ricco did an excellent job and was very efficient in completing this project.
