Their prices are just crazy. The work was done quickly and efficiently but the prices are just way to high.

My 18+ year old Maytag Series 10 water heater stopped working on Friday morning before I had a shower. I had to go to work, so the next morning I contacted Maytag who told me even if they sent out a tech, they no longer had parts available. I decided to use the Home Advisor app after just downloading it a couple of weeks ago. I had two plumbers call me. The first one did not have an available water heater to install that day. When I spoke with Dylan at The Flow Doctor he did and came over the same day to do the install. He is very nice and professional. The work he did looks top notch. However, I found out later after looking at their website that they had a $105 off promotion on water heaters I was not offered. The loyalty program prices I was given were $199 for initial membership and then $99 a year after that. The website has $120 initially and then $60 a year. I asked Dylan about this and he said it was because I reached them via Home Advisor who charges them fees and they did not have any promotions going on Home Advisor. I did some digging and it looks like companies get charged for leads even if work is not performed. If you are reading this just go straight to their website to request service and you will get a better deal then having them contacted with Home Advisor. That is why I gave the value for money a 4 instead of a 5 as I missed out on some savings. I am going to delete my Home Advisor app since it sounds like the cost will just get passed on to the customer.

The company representative called back within minutes of my request. The team arrived on time. They ran into trouble with output pipe for my sump pump and had to drill a new hole for the pipe, they continued working until the job was finished and I had a new working sump pump. The downside was the expense. I will use them again.

Dylan the Owner of The Flow Doctor damaged my property after putting in a water line. He failed to take ownership to rectify the matter in an inimical way to take care of myself and my wife as customers. Also I would recommend to any potential customers to not sign any documents or pay until the job is fully completed. Lastly, As customers we are very disappointed and hurt by this experience. So we would not recommend The Flow Doctor

I've had the big name plumbers out, only to be told they did the best they could, but never did they dig in and truly solve the real problem, until Ricco! Ricco came in, and even I was giving up, but he kept on, like he was working on his very own cousins or aunties bathroom tub faucet. Thanks to Ricco, we have finally gotten rid of those annoying gold water drips during showers and he did an excellent installation of new faucet and cartridges. I highly recommend asking for Ricco. And my dog hung out with the guys while they worked in the bathroom, and didn't kick her out! She recommends them too!

Flow Mater fix the problem and my shower is up and running. But it was the attention to detail and the care they took while explaining the job and preforming the repairs that pleased me the most. Now if the job didn't cost hundreds of dollars, that would be a neat trick!

They answered my call very quickly the and were able to come out at my convenience to install a leaking waste disposal. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about this problem and other plumbing questions. I will be calling them for sure with any other plumbing problems that might happen. Very friendly and helpful guys.

The entire visit was a NIGHTMARE. The technician arrived without a dolly to remove or bring in the new hot water heater. After banging it down the stairs, the new appliance was dented. I did not accept the heater in that condition. When draining the old heater, the spigot came off and water went everywhere other than the drain. The technician had left to pick up a new heater while I used every towel I owned to soak up the water! Luckily, the owner came and installed the new hot water heater as I had NO faith in the technician. They did knock off $100 dollars for my inconvenience, but that does not even cover the cost of the towels that were rusty from soaking up the water from the old heater.

Tried charging tax on the entire build. Charged me for more work than he should have done. Left the site a mess and I had to hire another contractor to clean up after paying top dollar.

Ricco and Tory did an outstanding job taking out and putting in a new water heater. They answered every question asked and were very professional and very friendly to deal with. I would recommend these two and the Flow Doctor.

We had a gas pipe we needed to remove and replace, and Dylan and his team went above and beyond to get the job done. Along the way we ran into several issues that needed troubleshooting, but he and the team stayed from 8:30 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. to make sure we were in good shape for the return city inspection. Would highly recommend their work to anyone, as they were kind, professional and very fair in their pricing.
