If you are unfortunate enough to contact Covid-19 it is wise to immediately contact your doctor. But, if you wake-up in the morning to find that your water heater has failed and you are facing a cold shower â ¦. then I strongly suggest you call The FLOW DOCTOR! Not only were Dylan and Ricco responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable, but they arrived at our home within hours after I made the initial call. I was impressed with their overall knowledge as they assessed the situation. It was self-evident that the unit could not be fixed, so Daryl clearly explained replacement options, costs, and warranty information as it pertained to procurement and replacement of a new unit. Once I chose a replacement option, they procured and installed the unit of choice within 4 hours. Note: I did not compare costs in relation to other similar contractors, but I believe they offered competitive pricing and I would not hesitate to call them again should we have any future need of their services.

Bobby was excellent and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost before any work was done. He also explained a few things to me so I would know what to do next time.

I had them relocate my toilet in the master bathroom. Everything was completed as expected and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They did find a pipe that was leaking and were able to also fix that issue as well. They went above and beyond installing the new toilet even though it was not expected of them to do so.

They were fast to get to my problem and after we figured out what the problem was, they fixed it real fast! Thank you guys so much for all the help!

They came on time, explained everything and took care of my repairs quickly. They did a great job.

Dylan was able to repair my shower with high quality work. Took two days and multiple trips to supplier but Dylan made sure he stayed in my budget and always updated me with progress. Would definitely hire again!

Quick service and quality of work was great. Technician was very courteous and communication was great.

They came out and ran the snake through and the drain. Pulled the snake out and the drain cloged. Ran a camera in the drain pipe but could not see what was causing the block. Gave option to repair or replace the plumbing line. Suggested to use a water jet and the company that came out was able to unclog the drain and everything drains better.

The flow doctor guys contacted me within 12 hours of my request on home advisor. They came and gave me a free inspection and provided me with all options. They were professional and open to negotiations. They quickly fixed the couple of plumbing issues I had the very next day (per schedule) in a couple of hours, ensured the affected areas were properly cleaned up, the vestiges disposed off and also made sure to wait for about 15 mins to double check that there were no leakages etc. I would hire them back anyway.

The Flow Doctor, LLC was a life saver. They responded very quickly to my request and was out the next morning. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix our plumbing quickly, they also diagnosed other issues. However, they did not pressure me to get my minor issues fixed right away and they give you a few options. This company absolutely knows what they are doing. They are also fair and have great pricing! I will be recommending them to all my family, friends, and my real estate clients!

The most fair contractor I've worked with! I've even asked my plumber friends that if they were looking for work that they should work for him!
