Called on this plumber to fix plugged toilet. He suggested a way we could clear it ourselves. Did not even charge me for a service call! Very professional. Showed me proof of his companyâs liability insurance and plumberâs license!

Dylan and his team at The Flow Doctor were extremely professional. Within minutes of entering my job details on Home Advisor I received a call from Dylan about a new hot water heater. As a Master Plumber he informed me of changes to the codes in my area and explained how that impacted my need. The competitive quote given up front did not change and there were no hidden fees. Dylan and his team installed a new hot water heater within a couple of hours and cleaned up the mess that occurred while draining the old one. You can bet we will use The Flow Doctor again for any of our plumbing needs!
