Awful service. She was the listing agent for me as a seller of the house. In November she started on taking over the house listing. The house was empty and she provided some minor staging items to the home. She took photos and I had a cat at the house. She would put a sign on the door to let people know not to let cats out the house. She took bad photos. There was a mirror in the empty dining room that did not need to be there and she took a picture of it that did not need to be in the picture. Not good photography and staging. I asked for flyers to be there and she did not do that as well. I asked her for over a month and she finally did it months after. We have a pool outside and she does not want to put in on the sign. I complained about it and I could not get her to put up signs on the main street. She wouldn't do it. So, singe, photos were all bad. Her justification about not putting the pool on the sign because it was not in season. She replaced a toilet rim without asking. She charged this for me without me asking. She charged me for light bulbs as well. I had plants that the movers wouldn't take and she took some of them out in the freezing cold and they were killed. Also did not ask about that. She unplugged a cord in the garage that was not told to be unplugged and it spoiled our food in my fridge in the garage. She did not know where the plug was going. She said it did not look good and refuse to pay for the food. She directed me to a cleaning lady. The women arrived and was only going to clean the house. I come home and she was waiting for me to give her a ride home. She was sleep on our steps. I noticed that nothing had been dusted or vacuumed. Very minimal cleaning. I complained and Suellen said don't worry about it and charged me instead a week later. She hasn't had a open house since the first week of November. She kept trying to lower the price on the house. She said the fees were for her licensing. She said she was giving me the discount rate of $50 an hour. She charged me for the lunch, staging items (even though she kept them). She admitted that I was the first person she ever charged and would not break the contract without me paying $535. I had to pay her to get her to leave me alone and let me sell my house on my own.
