He was very reasonably priced and provided higher quality equipment than that typically provided by other providers (i.e. the big companies). He was also able to come do the install the very next day after I called him and he finished the work quickly. He also gave great tips on how to best maintain the equipment to minimize the need for future service calls. I will definitely hire Steven again.

Description of Work: He replaced my 23 year old furnace & a/c system in my mobile home. He came out on 12/17/15 after talking with my husband about the issues we were having with our furnace. We provided him with our furnace model and he gave is the option to try and fix the issues or to replace our furnace. We chose to replace the furnace and he confirmed the estimate he had provided us. He was able to replace our furnace the next day. Was very professional and arrived on time. I was very pleased with his caring not to damage our hardwood flooring. Explained in detail how to register for the warranties on the equipment and answered any questions we had about the new furnace. I would certainly recommend him to my family & friends.

He was on time did great job, helped me with getting air filter box. Installation was perfect, clean up was perfect. Had to do extra work and I was not charged for it.

Description of Work: Replaced two interior coils, flushed lines, replaced two exterior AC units (cost of those outdoor units not included in $2700 price noted elsewhere in this review), filled system with Puron refrigerant. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this service. Thanks Steven!

Steven was very responsive to a problem I had getting the hot water heater warrantied. He also addressed concerns of the venting of the furnace and he promptly took care of the concerns. When it's time to do my air conditioner, it will be him. We all have problems, the sign of a good contractor is how they handle them and their customer. Steven is a good contractor! Thanks Steven

I contacted Steven via phone and he quickly called back. He arranged to come out the next day for a bid on the work. I asked for a few changes and he quickly followed up. I told him I wanted to get back wih him the next day and give him an answer. We agreed on a date for installation within a week. He and one other person came out and did the install in one day. They took away the old units and cleaned up. They were professional and efficient.

Had a few estimates all of which came in a lot higher than I expected. Steven did a great job and was $3,000 less than some of the larger companies without sacrificing quality (everything is Rheem). Didn't try to upsell bells and whistles. He did the work the next day and left the house cleaner than when they started. A+

He did an excellent job, very professional. His price is very reasonable.
Description of Work: Somebody recommended Steven Schulte to me. He came over and do some repairs on the air-conditioning unit like the thermostat, central air, coils, all the piping and wiring.
