+ -1 moreThey always call ahead and are always on time. Work very efficiently, will move furniture and provide protection to parts of the house that they may come in contact with. Ask that we look at the results to be sure we are satisfied and will go over an area again if ask. Have used them in the past and will use them again.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of the family room and stairs and landing along with treatment for stains after the cleaning. As with most carpet cleaners, they want to add-on services when they arrive and sell product. Stanley usually does this, but not the hard sell like I have had before. They pretty much give an estimate over the phone and it gives the customer assurance the company knows what I expect to play.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE ALSO VERY PROMPT. WE SIGNED UP TO BE CLUB MEMBERS. THIS ALLOWS US A DISCOUNT ON OUR CLEANING. PLUS, WE CAN JUST WALK IN AND DROP OFF OUR CLOTHING FOR CLEANING, BECAUSE ALL OF OUR INFORMATION IS STORED IN THEIR COMPUTER. THEY ALSO HAVE OUR CLOTHES READY IN 24 HOURS.
