+ -1 moreI was given a verbal price by phone. The actual price was higher. I was given a firm bid when they arrived. I was disappointed in the increased price but agreed to have the work done. There were two men, one started in my upstairs and the other (the owner of the company) started in my MBR. After he finished cleaning the windows in that room I went in to put things back and vacuum the floor under the windows. I noticed that the tilt wand to one of my blinds was broken and tucked behind my drapes. I picked up the wand and went to ask the owner about it. His response was "Oh, it's broke? I just thought it fell down and I was going to out it back up before I left." He made no offer to fix it and suggested I could probably get the part at Home Depot. It was actually broke from up in the head rail and would not be any easy fix. After they were finished and I was paying he did agree to take $15.00 off my total price. This was acceptable to me since my blind was old (although it was a functioning blind before). The next day when I was working in my yard I found one of my yard lights had been stepped on and broke. I will not use this company again.
Description of Work: Washed all window inside and out. Also, cleaned screens and windows that had them.

Description of Work: This is the second time that Sparkle Windows has cleaned our windows. This husband and wife team does an excellent job. Professional and efficient. I will definitely have them clean our windows again.
