We felt like at $300+ per shelf that it was not a good value for our needs. They took up a good amount of our time before getting to the price I felt like it was a hard sell.

Description of Work: Came & measured, etc. and I never heard from them again. Obviously going through some personnel issues but was totally disappointed with the company. Just a month or so got a letter from them offering a discount on services if we would consider them again. A nice gesture way too late.

The service is very good. It took a while for them to come in after they ordered them. The workers are very good. The shelves are wonderful. I really enjoyed them. They are very prompt. They cleaned up good before leaving. Two men came out to install. It took about half a day to install.
Description of Work: They came, measured, and installed shelves for the lower cabinets of my kitchen.

The service turned out great. The quality was good, the installer was efficient, friendly, and answered questions. I have no complaints at all. The price was a little more than I had hoped to pay for.

Description of Work: Installed sliding trays in several kitchen cabinets. The designer who came to show and explain the product was great: professional, here when she said she'd be. Worked with me to balance wants/needs/budget. I really appreciated her. the product itself is great, and it is saving me much effort in getting things out of low cabinets. At some point, I'd love to add them to my laundry cabinets. There was some wait for the installer to come to do final measurements. He was to call; I had to call a couple of times to get him here. Installation was later than said. But, it was worth the wait. It was done quickly and it was well done. I'm very happy.

The quote was $2,300. The quote experience was very good. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The price seemed high but I don't have any comparison.
