We already sent you a review on this contractor stating we were very happy with not only their professionalism, but quality of work. We are very satisfied with the way our deck looks.

It was just fine. Everything was great. They were professional and did what they needed to do when they needed to do it. It turned out just great. They were good and they had a good price.

Craig was very easy to work with. He actually came out and bid the job without requiring me to be here to meet him. His bid was the lowest we received, so we decided to go with him for the job. We had to wait a few weeks to get on their schedule, but once they showed up on the job they worked 3 solid days to finish it (even coming on a Saturday to stay on schedule). Craig called us during the project to check in and make sure everything was going ok, and he dealt with any issues that came up promptly (they had to send a guy home for the day due to the heat, and they had to clean up a mess from pressure washing - neither issue a big deal for us). Coby showed up on the last day to review the job with us and collect payment. I would have preferred that he came by the next day so we could actually walk the job (the stain was still wet when he came by), but it turned out to not be a big deal since we had no issues with the work done. I would definitely hire them again.

I called Residential Solution for a bid on refinishing my deck. When they gave me the bid for the job I thought the price was a little high, compared to a company I've hired in the past (which unfortunately no longer exists), but there seems to be few options for deck staining in the area, and they were the least expensive of those options. They were also quick to respond, and seemed eager to do the job, which I appreciated. After I hired them, the job was postponed a week due to weather. Once they started, the job was completed in a very timely manner. Their team showed up and did their job with no fooling around. They would just go in the backyard and do the work. They made absolutely no effort to communicate with myself or my wife as to the status of the job, which was a little odd. Even when it came time for them to complete the job, nobody told me when that was going to happen or asked me for a check. I had to figure out for myself when they were going to be done so I could inspect the job before they packed up and left. There was no problem with the work, however, and they did a fine job cleaning up as well. At the time of the bid, they had asked me what product I wanted them to use on my deck. I told them I know nothing about it and would rather they choose, since it's their business. I just selected the color. The semi-transparent stain they used turned out to be a little thicker and more opaque than I expected, even to the point of having a slight glossy sheen in some spots, but it has held up well so far over the past seven months. The deck looks good, and I suspect it will continue to do so for the next few years.

They did tell me one week told me one week in July, then called to tell me that they could start earlier. I was then disapointed when they called back and started on the original date. Their workers were always on time and were there from 7AM to 7PM and took an hour lunch break. They always had someone on site that was able to speak English which was nice. Colby or Craig stopped by everyday morning and evening to check on the progress of the job. Unfortunately, they had broke a window but it was already handled and taken to be fixed at their expense before alerting me of the issue. I did have a bubble that poppled up after the fact and they came by the same day I reported it and they fixed it the issue. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again.

I was very pleased with the price and end result. We had several areas of wood rot that needed repaired. This was a big job overall. I have a two story home from the front. In back the home is a full three stories. Our landscaping close to the house was protected and the owners were accessible.

We were pleased with the color and texture. Would recommend them to anyone.

They crew showed up early and went to work. The owners came on site and made sure the job was explained to the crew to make sure they covered everything on the estimate. The workers work habit was very good and they were fast, but thorough not skipping corners. The asked if there were any questions and seemed guinely interested in my being satisfied with the job. They even removed my shutters to make sure the stucco behind them was painted also. The estimate experience was very professional and given on the spot, which I thought was an indication of professionalism. The final cost was the same as the estimate. My overall experience with this vendor was excellent and I would definitely use them again. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I was very pleased with them. I just liked the quality of work and the efficiency which stood out with them. As far I know I would rate the price highly I didn’t do much shopping.

They did a good job but were slow getting out here. When they did get out here they did a good job and completed the work. They did everything they were supposed to do and did good work. I think they did a good job and will use them again in the future.

Work went smoothly. The only reason why a gave a B on the quality is because I can see a lot of raised areas where they caulked the nails. I had 2 other quotes, one was slightly less but didn't communicate quite as well and the other was significantly higher.

The crew who came to my home were very nice. They did an excellent job. They even replaced more siding than we had first anticipated needed to be replaced. The back of my home is a full three stories. It involved a lot of detail work. I needed to replace the arch trim boards on two windows and their carpenter did a wonderful job cutting those pieces. Cory came out daily to check on the crew and to ask us how thing were going. The crew started on 9/6/2011 and finished on 9/13/2011. They did not rush the job but instead paid great attention to the details of the house. It is a challenging house to maneuver around and the back vertical is incredibly high. They made sure that my landscaping was not damaged. I would definitely use this company again.

Everything went great. They were very knowledgeable. They were very informative and always kept me in the loop. I would use this company again.

We decided to use Residential Solutions after seeing the work they had done on a neighbor's house and their quote. The job took a little longer than they expected, due to the damage on one side of our house and the weather, but I never did feel they rushed through the job because of the delays. They were very friendly and professional. We have received several complements from our neighbors since the house has been painted. We have them coming back to restain our fence and deck.

We have spoken to Coby about this a few times. His initial response was "I didn't have enough money it to make it worth while to come back and redo the work". This was supposed to have lasted for 3 years not 3 months. Very poor workmanship. Never even came out and looked at it. I chose him over someone less expensive because I liked him more. That didn't make a difference. The deck is fading, staining never soaked in, doesn't bead, you can see the bare wood in some spots.
