Description of Work: I had a door that opened into the laundry room. I wanted it to open outward to better access the shelves that were behind the door. They did the job. They arrived on time and took just as long as they said it would and cost what they said and they did a great job. They cleaned up afterwords. Really hard to get a hold of to schedule getting the work done. Made several calls with no response from anyone; therefore I had to mark them down on responsiveness.Would use them again in a heartbeat.

+ -1 moreTHE PERSON THAT DID THE WORK (DOUG) WAS GREAT. HE DID A REALLY NICE JOB ON EVERYTHING, AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IF DOUG WAS AVAILABLE.
Description of Work: TOOK OUT PANELING HALF WAY UP ON WALL, TOOK OUT CABINET AND SOFFIT, REBUILT CABINET, INSTALLED ANOTHER CABINET, REPLACE DOOR HANDLES, PUT IN PEDESTAL SINK, REPAINTED CEILING IN KITCHEN, PUT UP NEW BASEBOARDS IN PART OF KITCHEN.

+ -1 moreTHE MAN WHO GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE IMPLIED THAT HE WOULD BE DOING THE WORK. HE TOLD ME TO EXPECT HIM AT 10:00. ON THE DAY HE WAS TO ARRIVE, HE CALLED AND SAID HE WOULDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL 2:00 AT ABOUT 3:30 HE DROPPED OFF A YOUNG MAN AND LEFT. ONLY ONE SMALL JOB WAS DONE THAT DAY. WHEN HE CAME BACK AT 5:00 I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HIM. HE BECAME SURLY AND SAID, "WELL, IF YOU WANT TO ARGUE ABOUT IT". THE NEXT DAY HE DROPPED OFF TWO OTHER YOUNG MEN TO FINISH THE WORK AND HE LEFT. ALTHOUGH I WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE OWNER AND HIS METHODS OF GETTING THE WORK DONE.
Description of Work: WE HAD SEVERAL JOBS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY INSTALLED A SINK, FILLED SOME CRACKS IN THE DRYWALL, STAINED SOME QUARTER ROUND, INSTALLED A NEW MAILBOX, INSTALLED A NEW SHOWER HEAD, REPAIRED TWO DOORS, AND INSTALLED A NEW FAUCET.

AFTER ENCOUNTERING AN UNFORESEEN PROBLEM NOT NOTED IN THE ESTIMATE HE CALLED WITH HIS ASSESSMENT OF THE FURTHER DAMAGE, SOLUTION & MINOR INCREASE OVER THE ESTIMATE. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND ABOVE EXPECTATIONS. I'VE ALREADY REQUESTED ANOTHER ESTIMATE ON ANOTHER JOB.
Description of Work: WOOD SHINGLE REPAIR ON EXTERIOR, CARPENTER ANT DAMAGE REPAIRED, AND CHEMICALLY TREATMENT, BATHROOM FLOOR REPLACED DUE TO WATER DAMAGE & NEW LINOLEUM INSTALLED, AND REPAIRED A DOOR THE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
