This is a preliminary report. We chose Realty 1.5 to list our house in order to try and save some on the commission. We interviewed Emily, an agent for the broker, and were very pleased with the description of services to be provided. Our house is presently successfully listed with full syndication on all of the major real estate websites. They brought in a professional photographer at no cost to us and it really makes an incredible difference in the listing as it appears online. They also do an HD video of the property and make that available on a customized marketing website that they set up for our house. There's a website address specific to our property displayed on the yard sign.
We had five showings our first weekend.
We are very pleased with how things have gone so far. The rest is up to us and the demand in the market.
