Description of Work: Soil Perk test in Johnson County for a land purchase. Very professional, knowledgeable and did what they said they would do with no surprise cost. They were just a tab bit slow to return my call but they were also very busy at the time. I would use again.

The crew worked very quickly and efficiently. They worked with the Honey wagon people to pump everything out and get my grey water tank cleaned out. They had good equipment for digging and knew what they were doing. Very happy with their work and would use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced my septic sump pump and related float switches and level alarm switches, dug up outside the tank and replaced the bent pipe that feeds my laterals, then installed an electrical junction box to make it easier to replace the septic pump the next time it wears out.

+ courteous, responsive, timely, good price _ condition of landscaping after We should have discussed how the area would be "put back together". They are NOT landscapers, but ARE responsible, fair sewer contractors. I would use them again.

They asked us repeatedly over the course of their working days if their trucks were in our way, or an inconvenience to us [as they were parked on both sides of our driveway]. We told them it was no problem at all, and not to worry about it. They were so incredibly polite and courteous, and even though the work they do is loud and messy, we did not mind having them around at all. I honestly don't think I've ever encountered workers who were as polite and professional as they were. Mark came over on the last day and thanked us for being so kind to them, which to me, is just a common courtesy. But he showed his appreciation very kindly, regardless. I'm sure some of the neighbors of his clients are not as patient with the big trucks and loud noises. Even though this was not a service that was performed for us, he will be the first one I call if and when we are ever in need of service for our sewer line [and we probably will be sooner rather than later]. Thank you Mark for your professionalism and kindness! I will pass on your business info to anyone I ever hear is in need of the services you provide!
Description of Work: Mark and his crew had a big job at our next door neighbor's house, that took them several days.

They were great! Too many times we run up against "difficult" neighbors. In this type of work, typically in older neighborhoods where there is not much room to park, and not much room to get between houses. It is so nice to have people next door that realize that, "they might be next", and that They might need a little cooperation from Their neighbors! Thank you so much to the [member name removed[ family!

Very professional and polite crew, hard workers and very helpful.
Description of Work: Mark was awesome. Called him at 7am, they were here by 10am. They dug a 6 ft deep 13ft long section and replaced the pipes. While here, I asked for a suggestion on a trench drain I have and Mark came up with an awesome idea, offered to do the service and got it all done the same day. Both services were $1800

It went better than I I ever imagined.. whew! Mark arranged to have the utilities marked early in the morning then showed up promptly and he and his associate did the entire job in one day..! We had a large amount of chambered lateral tanks dug and installed, Mark even graciously took the extra dirt and relocated to an area of my back yard that had been eroding... Two Thumbs seriously up. They regraded the yard after the installation and offered to come back and regrade after the yard has settled...Totally professional.
Description of Work: Had new chambered laterals installed.

First of all they were schedule to start at 8:00 and i finally had to call them at 8:30 to find out where they were. He told me it would be after lunch before they were able to get ther because they got hung up on a previous job. They finally showed up around 2:45. This was supposed to be 1\2 day job and it ended up taking about a day and a half. They got in that afternoon and got the old line dug up but then they rean into a couple of issues. The house is 50+ years old and everything was in worse shape than they had anticipated. They ended up having to pull the meter, replace the meter box and thirty feet of water line. While they got started late and ran into issues they completed with professionalism. There were only a few additional charges for addtional parts and even though it was a bigger job than they anticipated they did not charge me any additional labor.
Description of Work: Replaced the water line from the meter to the house. They also replaced the shutoff valve on the inside.

We indeed showed up later than expected due to another repair that was an emergency. The member was not an emergency and should have easily been completed that day, however, as he pointed out, there were some unforseen circumstances not normally anticipated. We worked late to try to finish, but there was no reasonable way to get the special parts at that time of night. Since no one needed to be in the house that night, we came back and finished first thing in the morning. We had every right to charge more for the special conditions, but only charged for the extra parts and no additional labor, although due to those unusual and unforseeable circumstances the job took at least twice as long as normal. Unfortunately, not all jobs go perfectly, and this just took longer than anticipated!

Description of Work: Mark and his crew installed a new sewer connection to the city main which included locating and digging in very difficult deep and rocky ground. These guys know exacty what they are doing and the price they charged was much lower than other estmates. If you need any sewer or septic work done, these guys are the best.
