Dean and his team were truly outstanding. They were prompt, respectful, true to their word, reliable, did a stellar job with all of the updates and repairs we scheduled. They get you on quickly and show up on time. Communication is outstanding and very reliable. The work included electric work, doorway repair and installation, woodwork, so much more. We would use again in a heartbeat. Dean has a talent for seeing problems and creatively and reliably fixing them. Our family has been using Dean for years and will continue to do so. His work is awesome and trustworthy! 5 star for sure.

Premier Painting turned our least favorite rooms into our most favorite!

Premier painting completed several projects at our home last summer including exterior paint, porch repair and construction of new columns, a new deck build, and a remodel of our den with fireplace whitewash, new flooring and paint, and new lighting. The crew was timely every morning and kept their work spaces picked up in the evening. We were pleased with all of the work, and Dean was quick to respond by text or in person with any questions or issues. We would use them again in the future. Many of our neighbors in Leawood also commented on the quality of the exterior paint job.

great! we thought they did a really nice job and were very responsive about any touch ups; the main contact person was also onsite day one to make sure everything was going ok; when additional wood rot was found, they did a nice job of giving us the most cost efficient solution to remedy and made sure to discuss everything with us first; Deb and Dean were great and their crews were really good and communicated well and were very friendly; we have recommended them to several neighbors and friends

The owner showed up 40 minutes late for an appointment, which wasn't a huge problem. After discussing the work, I asked who would be doing the work at my property. He said he has two crews. I asked if he does background checks on his employees. He explained that he does not. I asked if he would be willing to give me the names (first and last) of his employees who would be working on my home. He said he would not be comfortable with that. He went on to tell me that they have hundreds of customers and asked, "why would you want that?" I explained that I wanted to know who would be working on my home as my children and I would be home and I feel it is important to know. He reached to take the information packet back and told me that we would not be 'a good fit.' I'm not sure if he was trying to hide something or not, but it certainly gave me that impression.

They did a good job. A couple of boards high on the house still look weathered but they probably need replacement which was beyond the scope of the project. All in all quite satisfied.

They did a very good job, they were very clean and nobody got hurt. They had to match the original colors that my contractors used and they were right on the money.

Premier Painting just gave me a quote. I don't really have an opinion on them. It's neutral, I just decided not to go with them. I would try them again though for another work.

Premier did a fantastic job installing the siding and gutters. They had a wide selection of colors and sell a quality product. I would certainly use them again.

I liked them. It was a big job and they were easy to deal with and we had gotten several estimates and we like their price. They did a good job on the repairs that were needed to be done, that wood rot stuff. That's kind of tricky sometimes. They had one crew that did the repairs and the windows and then another guy came and did the painting. It was a different crew. But they did a good job, I was happy with them.

They were very professional. The left a really nice brochure and estimate and everything. They were pretty timely. I think their quote was probably little bit lower. I think when questioned we weren't for sure about them is when our neighbor got their house painted they came home from work and instantly heard from the HOA because they had painted it a wrong color that was not even approved by HOA so I still don't know if the home owner goofed or if it was the painter that goofed and that is another reason we were little bit uncertain about using them. I think their reviews on Angie's list were little more mixed.

Overall the experience was good. The workman were responsive, polite, friendly, and did all I asked.

They did a good job prepping the house. Their estimate was right on. They took time estimating. They looked at the details of the rot job that would be part of the job. They did what needed to be done. The man who came to do the estimate was an experienced senior painter. He looked at everything and was focused on the estimate. He emailed me the estimate a couple of days later. I liked the fact that the guy, who does the painting actually came to do the estimate.

It was a very good experience. Very trustworthy and honest. I had no problem with any of them being in my house. I was comfortable leaving them in my house while I went to run an arrund or two. Really had no complaints about them being around my kids or anything.

Overall there were no problems - again, a very professional company.

We have dealt with Premier for over 10 years at two residences, both on an hourly and a per-estimate basis. Previous jobs have involved interior wall and trim work, exterior trim painting, and wood rot and stucco repair. The most recent job involved matching and brushing oil-based enamel on interior doors and a built-in cabinet, as well as exterior trim paint on the front door. The painters were punctual and respectful of the fact that "real life" was happening in the other parts of the house. The quality of the work was excellent.

From the moment I met Dean Denis, I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to evaluate our house and provide a fair and reasonable estimate on the spot. After we signed the contract his crew began work immediately. They were not only extremely productive but polite and very punctual as well. Watching the progress over the week it took, I was nothing but impressed with the professional job I received. The end product is something the makes me proud to recommend this company to any and all friends and family.

Premier Painting had been recommended to us by our neighbor. Dean came and did an estimate while we were out of town and then came back to go over the estimate with me. Based on our meeting I had a level of confidence that Premier Painting would do what was needed to fix our peeling paint and leaking windows. That turned out to be very true. The cause of the peeling was due to the builder using the wrong paint and not using primer originally. This was very evident when Premier did their prep work. They did additional work in prep and caulking and did not charge extra from their original estimate. Their workers were very interested in doing an excellent finish job and they did. Always courteous, cleaned up well, considerate - a joy to have work on our house. Dean called a few days after the project was completed to make sure everything was OK.

I fired them before they could finish because I couldn't have them at my house any longer. The owner is dishonest and they are not very well supervised. A man painted the rec room and poured paint into the kitchen sink and clogged the sink and went into my dishwasher. The owner said nothing like that had ever happened before and I said it needed to be repaired. He said he would have to think about it and then said he'd fix it. In the meantime, I had water seeping out onto my wooden floor. The painter that poured the paint said he'd come out Sunday at 8am. He came out Monday morning and used an auger to get the paint unclogged. They also turned off our compressor to the AC and didn't tell us. They laughed about it. They totally broke off seven decorative bushes and didn't clean up very well. I told them to leave after they had the outside done and they billed us for painting the kitchen, which they did not get to do. He was very nasty to my husband when discussing the bill.

The work was performed well, but took overly long due to personal circumstances of leadman plus lack of adequate assistance. The work was completed in a professional manner, except for cleanup. They left jobsite without a final walk-through, which resulted in my having to unstick many windows painted shut and clean paint off of final window repaired.
