These guys are very good at what they do and they really do know what they are doing. Many plumbers will kind of sort of know - but these guys have extensive knowledge and actually test parts and fixtures before just "using" them. I would highly recommend Plumbline Plumbing.

Dave is the BEST at cleaning out sewer lines. He works hard, knows what he is doing, and is an honest person.

Brian took care of the water line the day after we called. He was polite, professional and very friendly. He found that the (50-year-old) water shut-off in the basement wasn't working well but assured us it didn't need to be fixed since the outside shut-off still worked. He wasn't looking for more work/money - he just wanted us to know about it. We decided we didn't want to rely on the outside shut-off so asked him to fix it. He had to come back a few days later to do it and, as is common in our older house, he ran into complications but he didn't get frustrated and was very patient, discussing options with us. We'll definitely call Plumbline again!

During the free estimate, the proprietor checked faucets to determine cause for VERY low pressure and cleaned them out at no charge. I had not even agreed to do the work, but he did this as a courtesy. This family-owned company was great; I would definitely recommend to others. Regarding pricing, I admit that I did not get 3 bids, which is my normal process. This company was recommended to me by a very trusted friend, so had already made up my mind to have the work done by them, but he didn't know that tid-bit of information. I was told he provided fair pricing, so trusted that it was fair. The owner's son was also very knowledgeable and competent. Both of them were very personable, yet professional and considerate. They either took their shoes off while inside or put shoe covers on over their shoes and left the premises clean upon their departure....taking the old parts and fragments with them to put in their trash....not mine. Very thoughtful.

He responded promptly to an evening request for service, and did an effective job of cleaning the main line. He answered all questions so I understood what had happened and what to expect going forward.

Our hot water heater quit working and we called Dave, the proprietor, the next morning. He answered our initial call promptly, quoted us the best price we had heard, shot straight and everything is working great. When he got caught at a previous appointment, he still came over and stayed late to get us hot water at no extra charge. Nice guy, good work. Responsive and good service. Will use again.

Dave promptly answered my phone call, was punctual (he was actually early), and quickly and knowledgeably took care of the problem. I was very happy with the whole experience.

This was the third time we have used Dave Garton and he is consistently professional in every way. Every time we've contacted him he has responded promptly. He is one friendly guy - really hard to put into words how nice this guy is - something uncommon these days! His pricing has always been under everyone else we've contacted yet it has never meant he doesn't do quality work. In fact, he bends over backward to make sure you are not partially but without a doubt completely satisfied. When we got the water softener he worked with us to make sure the model was the correct size and had the type of head we wanted. He also thoroughly discussed all the options we had regarding water heaters so we could make the best choice for our needs. He never pressured us or tried to sway any of our decisions. I believe his pricing is so competitive because he isn't fancy and doesn't have much overhead. He works with his son - who helped on our last project and he was just as friendly and kind as his dad. We've also asked Dave for his opinion on several other plumbing related items and he has always given solid advice. We are so thankful to have found him!
