+ -1 moreEd was very prompt at returning my phone call. He arrived right on time and immediately began work. Ed was efficient and made excellent use of his time. He explained everything in great detail. Ed generously cleaned up the programs running on my computer so it now runs like a top. He really knows what he is doing and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I would highly recommend Ed and will use him again should the need arise.
