He was a deal of the day. very responsive with emails. estimate done quickly. because of the rain they did not get started until one week later than promised, but not his fault. men showed up on time. they started putting on the wrong color but Dave was quick to get here and fix the error. rained very hard on the same day painting was being applied . they worked on a Saturday to fix the damage and came back on a Monday to do touch ups, clean windows, clean the yard and fix what needed to be done. they had to replace rotted boards and the men were very good at doing this. the weather was a pain but the company and the professionalism was outstanding. Dave never argued with anything i commented on, they just fixed it the way i wanted. i would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. the house looks wonderful!

The painters were exemplary. They worked diligently, even through days when the weather was iffy. They did a great job and when we walked around to inspect the work, both Shaw and the painters cleaned up the flower beds and lawn from paint chips and other debris from the repair work. I was impressed with how thorough they all were.

Super people and a fantastic job. The paint job was so good many neighbors have gone out of their way to compliment my home and ask for the painter's name. They worked with the rain and schedules with other workers I had hired to do the roof. Great clean up. Great follow up several weeks later when the rain stopped and the windows got stuck with the humidity, etc. Of course, they had no problem with the windows. I felt kind of silly having them come back. But they had no problem with it.

the painter was prompt, courteous, efficient, and completed the tasks to my satisfaction. His supervisor called the day before to confirm the scheduled job and then followed up afterwards to check on my satisfaction. I appreciated the professionalism at all levels.

The actual painter arrived early but couldn't start until the boss (I am assuming it was the boss) arrived and he was late. The man that did the painting went right to work, took a short break for lunch and came back and finished the job. He was polite, quiet and did a nice job. When the boss came I inquired if they painted houses and if so could I get an estimate on what we needed to be painted on the house on the outside. He looked and said he would get me an estimate. I have called 3x, left messages with no answer. I guess he wasn't interested and lacked the courtesy of returning my calls.

They did a very nice job! We had to pay more outside of the big deal because we have a bigger house. The big deal was for a certain amount of square footage on a house and our house is bigger. So there was an additional charge there and then we also had a fair amount of wood rot and some repairs done on the house which was an additional charge and obviously not included in the deal. We paid a significant amount additionally but most of it was associated with the wood repairs prior to painting and not the actual paint itself. We had been a long time between paint. We have a sided house and we had all kinds of wood rot and the chimney was trying to fall of the house. It was terrible. So we had a lot of work to be done. There was nothing bad about them. They were very, very good. They offered us some assistance in terms of picking out good colors. We narrowed down our choices to a handful of colors and told them what we wanted and they actually picked up the samples and put them on the side of the house in a big swath so we could see exactly what it would look like in the day light on our house. When we didn’t like something they actually went back and refined it. And the guy brought a lot of his experience. We were looking at like an ivory and when he put it on the house I said, “It looks yellow to me” He said, “It looks yellow to you because your house is blue right now. So anything that we put on there will look different” But he said if it’s too yellow and then he suggested a different color and so again just very helpful and he was absolutely right. When the entire house was painted it didn’t look yellow at all. So he was very, very well informed, a lot of experience and he was very good at communicating and being patient with us till we got to where we needed to be.

I bought the deal back in December. I contacted Brad via emailin April we scheduled an appointment on May 30th, he was available sooner but the date was my preference. I emailed the week before to verify what type of paint they preferred me to buy, he emailed me back within the hour. I also emailed him to let him know what time I would be home the day of painting. They arrived on time ready to go, there was one painter who completed the work. He did a beautiful job. Very detailed, quiet, polite, and cleaned up! Thank you. Extremely well. Great job painting and punctual. Exceeded expectation in amount accomplished in 8hrs. Purchased a coupon for 8 hrs of painting. I would use this company again.

The rotten wood was all replaced. The painting looks great. A kitchen herb window that leaked no longer leaks. Once started, the contractor kept a full crew on the job until completed; no delays. Overall a great experience.

Great experience. Brad and David understood what we needed and provided it in a timely, courteous, cost-effective manner.

They were very friendly and nice. They were on time and easy to deal with. We haven't used them yet. It was cheaper and was less expensive than two other bids we have gotten. We may use them in the future.

They did a good job. The guys that did the painting were very polite and quiet, cleaned up after themselves. I don't know they dual owners or co-owners and we have contact with both of them everyday and some point there were here for and we had a really bad rain and cold weather so that they made sure that they were here little bit longer, but they always let us know what was going to happen and one or the other have always been here frequently at least once a day or twice a day and making contact with us and making sure that we were happy with everything. They actually were little higher than some of the other quotes that we got. I would use them again.

Brad gave me an estimate, and he was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with his advice because he made suggestions about what would improve the looks of the interior of the house without trying to sell me on things that were not necessary. They fixed many flaws in the living/dining area, the stairways, and landing walls. Old doorbells, switches, and the like were removed and holes fixed. They removed a board which had been simply nailed to the ceiling to cover up an old attic fan, removed the fan, and repaired the drywall. They primed and painted, spraying the window panes, floorboards, and doors. Then they painted the walls. I was using some bold colors, and Brad recommended a paint store, where they gave me excellent advice on colors. I am planning to get my hardwood floors refinished in the future, and so they also removed the old carpet and pad and hauled it away. They also painted the area down a half-set of stairs into the garage, repairing places in the walls where I had attached a dog door. It was kind of torn up, and they made it look as good as new. They did an excellent job with the paint. It looks very professional, and they made intelligent choices about how to resolve issues with the old walls, to make them look smooth. Af few months later, some paint which was on the caulk around the windows is chipping off. I called Brad and he immediately set up a time to come out and fix it. This will not be a big problem, but I appreciate his willingness to make it right, and do it soon. The work was done between Christmas and New Year's, and I left them alone in the house without any problems whatsoever, and I didn't have to deal with smelling the new paint. Excellent work, service, and cost.

The job isn't completed yet, but so far Brad at Painting Innovations has been very professional, prompt, and specific about the work that is going to be performed. He contacted me as soon as I emailed him, came out to the house promptly, gave me a truthful appraisal of the work, and was very prompt with sending out someone to assess the wood repair needed. His estimate was reasonable and we set up a time to get the repairs and painting done.

Brad and his team are very professional. The finished work is exceptional. In addition, they are punctual - show up when they say they are going to and on time! I used an Angie's List Deal for the painting of the living room, half bath and kitchen. I am trying to get my home ready to sell and asked Brad for an estimate to paint the finished basement. Though very busy, Brad rearranged his schedule and was able to do the basement painting the next day to accommodate my need to get the job done as quickly as possible. I recommend Painting Innovations highly.

Brad and David did an excellent job. Last fall they did our exterior as well as repaired/painted our deck. This February they repainted our basement and refinished our pool table from 1980s white wash to a chestnut brown. It looks great!

This crew was a joy to watch and work with. Their work was very well done. They are constantly working. We were impressed with their work ethic.

My experience with them was very good. I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and they accepted it. They did a good job and they were friendly. I don’t know what the regular prices are because I got the big deal price. I had a miscommunication with them.

The company was professional. The painter worked throughout the day and accomplished more than I expected. The work was neat and looked good. He painted the stairwell and areas above cabinets that were hard to reach and even moved the piano.

They came on time. We discussed what we wanted down. The painter worked all day and he completed everything we wanted done. I would hire this company again. We were very pleased with the paint job. They even called after the job was finished to make sure we were happy with the work.

The project went very well!

The crew arrived on 4/1/13 at 8:00 AM and began work they were very professional and every day tried not to inconvenience us as much as possible, cleaned up every day before they left at 5:00PM. My wife was not sure about the colors for all the rooms so David brought in an Interior Decorator to help with color schemes at no extra charge to us. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the over all job. If you are looking for a quality painter I highly recommend David Butcher, Painting Innovations.

Friendly and available for questions when I called to schedule. Was flexible when I needed to change the date of service. Showed up right on time, did a great job, was extremely polite and professional and cleaned up the room very well when finished.

They did very well. My only concern was the clean-up between the first and second day. They did a light clean but because they working on the stairs that connected to the bedrooms and office there needed to be a more thorough clean to prevent tracking through the house. there were no other issues and when I explained my concern to the boss the next day he apologized and instructed the workers to clean thoroughly thereafter.
