Whole house painting, including ceilings and some trim. Very nice job, worked around my schedule and other contractors. Would use again and highly recommend them.

They were excellent. They came back to fix some problems and to use high gloss paint on the door after they didn’t do it the first time. I would use them again.

They completed the work in about 2 weeks which we felt was reasonable because we have a 6,000 square foot home. I felt the price was reasonable too.

They did a FANTASTIC job. Jonathan asked Mother how she wanted the trey ceiling in her bedroom painted and she told him she didn't know. That he was the artist and to do what he thought should be done. The paint effect was absolutely beautiful. They ended up doing the same effect in the dining room and when our neighbor saw it she was blown away by how beautiful it was. It made for a great contrast. William realized that we hadn't contracted to paint the stairwell to the basement and said something to Mother about it. She called me and I agreed with William that it would make the house look complete if we did it. We knew there would be an extra cost, but that is okay since William's suggestion provided the house with a more polished result. William and Jonathan were very punctual, polite, and professional. Mother enjoyed having them in the house and was very comfortable with them. She even fed them homemade cookies when they took their afternoon break. She was very impressed with their work ethic. If we were staying at the house we would definitely use them again, but since we are selling and down-sizing all we can do is say what a fantastic job they did and we would be happy to have them in our home again. And we are more than happy to recommend Painting Innovations. They get a 10 out of 10 in my book and if we could go 15 out of 10...... Well, you get my drift. These young men were great.

Arrival was quite prompt, supervisor and worker were polite and cordial. The work was nicely done and area was left neat and as clean as it had been. I wish I'd had another coat of a paint applied; there would have been time in the package deal I bought. After the paint had dried thoroughly and cured a bit it was less "true" to color as chosen. I guess I think the painter "should" have known and advised me thusly.

I scheduled this work 2 months in advance but had to change start date. They were able to start immediately when I was ready. This was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor. They arrived at the same time each day to work and were extremely courteous. Their attention to detail was amazing. When they were finished they made sure I was happpy with the work. The price was the same as the estimate.I got more than I paid for.

We had set a date for start of the work months in advance. When the date approached, the owner called to let us know it would be a few days later due to weather issues. They came right on time and worked all day. The workers were courteous and professional. We had several areas that needed repair prior to the painting. Some new trim work was done that we were very pleased with that really put a "finished" look on the exterior of our home. Our home has lots of trim, two covered living areas outdoors, a front porch, several railings and columns that needed painting also. The owner helped us finalize color selection and we are very happy with the results. The house looks great! The final price was exactly what we had agreed on in the original estimate. We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

It was great from the start. The bid was given and a date that we thought would work for both of us. The owners were great to deal with and the crew was excellent. They were on time everyday rain or shine and knew exactly what needed to be done and proceeded without anyone watching them to make sure they were working. Excellent job on prepping the house for painting and replacing the rotten wood. They talked us into trying something new on the deck to help keep it in good shape and the finished product came out better than we imagined. I would recommend them to everyone.

Brad returned phone calls and kept appointments as scheduled. He was informative, polite, and professional. Brad and his worker (who was also very nice) came by 11/5 on a miserable, chilly, damp day and thoroughly power washed deck. They moved chairs and grill out of the way first and were very careful with our house and yard. Brad came over another day to show us some stain examples which was helpful. Brad and another worker came 11/9 to apply the stain to the deck and stairs. They were very meticulous in the application and did not get any on our house or patio. Would definitely recommend them and plan to contact them in the near future for some interior painting. Very happy with results!!

Brad gave me an estimate and a starting date. His price was reasonable and I hired him. We got color samples and he was easy to work with in picking the colors. He painted samples of the 4 colors we had picked out and gave us time to pick the right color. He was here every morning to make I was satisfied with the work they had done and to let me know what would happen today. The crew worked diligently all day and did a great job prepping the house and cleaning up. Even my neighbor mentioned how impressed they were at how hard the crew worked. They completed the job in 5 days and I am very happy with the work. I highly recommend Brad and his company for your painting needs.

Because of timing we had to go with another painter

I assumed the offer had expired (because of my business) but they called out of the blue and said they would honor the coupon anyway! Great customer service. I'm setting up an appointment now and expect excellent work from these folks!

Everything went great, the crew was prompt every day, the work went smoothly and timely. Clean up was good too. I never worried about leaving my house while they were there. The owner is very friendly, patient and helpful. I would trust this company again and would definitely recommend their work.

We had a fantastic experience with Painting Innovations from start to finish! I was easily able to set up a time for Brad to come to our home to see what we wanted done, and he provided us with a detailed estimate later that day. The pricing was competitive compared to the other well-reviewed painter we considered. The work started right on schedule and was completed in four days. The crew worked hard! They did a meticulous job both with the prep work and the exterior and interior painting. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up every day and removed all equipment and trash when the work was completed. Brad was at our house daily to make sure everything was going smoothly, and was always very responsive with any questions that I had. When the work was complete, the crew reviewed it with me to make sure I was happy with how everything looked. Brad made sure that I knew they would come back if we noticed anything that needed touched up. The painting they did both outside and inside our house looks amazing! We are so happy that we selected Painting Innovations to do our painting and will absolutely hire them again.

Let me start by saying I am very detail oriented and a tough customer, there are few painters who do the little things to make their work exceptional and to me those things make all the difference. Painting Innovations met the challenge and wowed us with the results. We are thrilled with how great and clean everything looks. They say a fresh coat of new paint is the easiest and cheapest way to make your home feel like new, in our case we just moved in and the painting made the home our own. So glad we went with these guys, Brad is extremely friendly and accommodating and his crew were polite, clean and took pride in their work. I would recommend them to friends and will use them again when we have future painting needs.

Also, I asked the painter if he had received my message about the change in areas I wanted painted and he said no. I was surprised that they did not check their messages from the day before, and I was anxious that they were entering my home with false expectations of what was needed, and therefore were not prepared for the job. This needed different ladders than the bedroom and bathroom. Fortunately they were able to put the ladders they had together and get the wall painted, and again he did an excellent job. I also wonder what would have happened had an emergency come up, and the message had been not to come - they wouldn't have known because they didn't check the message. I stated I would use them again in the future, but I had a hard time making that determination based on my insecurity with the management. Again, the painter did an excellent job, and he did the job within the allotted time frame.

My only regret about our project with Painting Innovations is my disappointment at myself for not posting this review earlier, but I hope the word gets around while there is still exterior painting weather left. And once the weather goes, they can paint your interiors. HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Their work approach is so amazing that we were contacted by lake neighbors on each side, first to express how beautiful the house looks and second to say again and again how astonishing was the patience, craftsmanship and attention to detail every person on the job displayed. Both neighbors said, "I didn't think anyone worked like that anymore." This is not an easy house to paint -- it steps down a steep slope so the second floor is very high in the air and first floor is elevated too. For a small house, it has many window openings (and trim) and long expanses of porch with close-set square pickets that are a pest to paint (we had tried and given up a summer or two ago). The porch floors are wide boards that were severely weathered. Patience more than paint was probably the key to Painting Innovations' success with the house. Brad Shaw was courteous, prompt and detailed from the first phone call to the final inspection. The project was more demanding than he and we expected -- it's an older house subject to lake wind and damp and problems were uncovered. Brad and crew made every one of the issues come right -- rot repaired, boards replaced, wiring reattached. The lake is at sufficient distance from our house in town that we didn't supervise much -- and didn't need to. The crew worked steadily and pushed hard to make up days lost to weather. This was a pain-free project from a homeowner's perspective. Brad was very concerned about getting colors right. He provided color choices, but for the most part we wanted to keep the old look (changed only the deck surface). He scrupulously matched the old (traditional lake look) colors and the effect is like a historic photo restored. It's our house, just seems rested and refreshed. Too bad Angie's List does not have any way to grade higher than A. Painting Innovations is an A+ choice.

They did a great job. The team did the work on time. Clean-up was good. The fence looks great! I would recommend them.

We recently had our house re-painted by Painting Innovations and they did a fantastic job. Brad was who i got the quote from/worked with and he was very responsive to the endless list of questions that I had. I've never had a house repainted before, so he was patient throughout everything. When they were on site, they did a good job keeping the scraping mess contained and overall cleanup was good. They painted a really big swatch of the colors on the house, so I could make sure that they were what i wanted, which was so helpful. Brad even had recommendations on how to paint the trim so that it was more updated looking than we had before. I'm so glad he suggested this b/c we wouldn't have thought of it and it really made the house look amazing. They stayed late on Friday to make sure everything was finished and overall just did a fantastic job. I would recommend them and use them again in a future house. Great experience all around.

We bought our 60's house in 10/2012 and after moving in I concluded that the previous interior painting had been a DIY project and it wasn't very well done. In particular, there were dozens if not hundreds of nail pops and several settling cracks that had never been patched. The ceilings had been painted with a glossy paint and it was overall a big old paint mess that desperately needed attention. I interviewed several painters but most were reluctant to use oil paint on the trim and doors. Brad Shaw came to give us an estimate and he suggested oil paint on the trim before I did! That's when I knew I'd found a painter I could work with. When the crew arrived they first helped with moving some of the larger pieces of furniture while bringing in their gear. They got right to work with repair work and taping off everything - and I do mean everything! Spray painting means that everything has to be carefully sealed off and they did a magnificent job. The ceilings and walls were painted with latex after the oil painting was done. Brad's crew was polite and considerate at all times and cleaned up every day. Each round of painting took a week to do. They were always on time and worked very hard all day long. On one of the work days we enjoyed one of our 14 inch snow falls but one of the crew managed to make here and worked all day anyway. I was really, really impressed with the work ethic of the crew as well as the care and attention to detail. Communication was good and they did what I wanted the way I wanted it done. It doesn't get much better than that.

My spouse communicated with Painting Innovations directly and overall was pleased with their responsiveness. We received two lower bids and will be choosing another contractor to paint our house.
