It all went very well. Brad was very professional, honest, and knowledgable. His crew worked fast and efficiently. They got me a few more years out of my deck than I had anticipated. When it comes time to do my exterior again I'm definitely calling them.

Everything went very smoothly with this company, from initial contact to clean-up. They came out to give me my bid within a couple days of my calling them, the price was reasonable, the job was done very neatly, they moved my furniture back to the correct positions, and clean-up was great--didn't see an errant speck an paint anywhere. Keep in mind though, that they are very popular and that it may be a few months before they can get to you, but they were right on time for when they said they could get to me. I would definitely hire them again.

The project went great from start to finish! This is our second time to use Painting Innovations (they painted the exterior of our home last year as well as a few interior rooms). Brad is super to work with. I was easily able to set up a time for him to see what we wanted to have done, and after deciding to move forward with his estimate, we were able to get on the schedule. He also provided some helpful guidance related to paint colors. The painting crew, many of whom have worked for Painting Innovations for several years, arrived on time every day and worked very hard. They were able to get all of our painting work done in only four days, and the rooms they painted all look fantastic. They were also very nice to work with and very respectful of our home. They cleaned up so well each night that you couldn't even tell we had a major project in process. I will definitely plan to use Painting Innovations again for any of our interior or exterior painting needs, and would highly recommend them to others.

Although we had to wait about three months for the job to begin, it was well worth the wait. We chose Painting Innovations after getting estimates from four companies due to our initial impression of the professionalism of both Brad and David as well as their very competitive bid. We were influenced also by the fact that the painters were employees of the company rather than subcontractors. Of course, their great reviews on Angie's List were also validation that their company was the one we wanted to paint the exterior and interior of our house as well as renovating our deck. The painters arrived early daily, worked diligently throughout each day, and stayed well into the early evenings if needed. In addition to Brad and David, we were very pleased with the pleasant and respectful nature of their painters. We could not be more pleased with the final results of exceptional quality. Of course, we weren't surprised with the quality after watching them attending to the smallest details throughout the process. Brad was very helpful in guiding us with selecting good contemporary colors while respecting our personal opinions. We were particularly thrilled with his recommendation for the new color of deck stain. What a remarkable transformation! To top off this great experience, David gave me a Painting Innovations T-shirt which I intend to wear for advertisement for their company (it's really a high quality T-shirt too). Without hesitation, we will recommend Painting Innovations to our neighbors (one of which has already selected them for a job) and other friends throughout our community.

Painting Innovations sets the gold standard for this kind of work. The crew was efficient, careful, very professional. Brad, the owner, came round several times each day the crew was here, making sure everything was going well. It was. And all this for a very reasonable price.

They were punctual, professional and work was superior. They did all work as promised. Their estimate was far lower than two other people. Deck needed quite a bit of repairs and replacement of rotten wood and replacement of stair case We were quite satisfied with their work .

Sept. 26, 2014 House had new James Hardie siding and trim. We had hired a previous painter to paint the house. During the time they were caulking and priming the house we determined that that company was simply not providing a paint job that we expected. Noticible areas not caulked or primed, spotty priming, etc. We settled with that company and after reviewing Angie's List reviews, asked Painting Innovations and Brad Shaw if he would give us a bid to complete the job. He gave us a fair bid, but told us it could be several months out as they were booked up to the fall. The job started exactly on the date that Brad had told us. Painters Enrique, Darwin, Ramone and Claudio did an incredible job . They power sprayed, then caulked and primed all missed areas from the previous painter. They taped off and put plastic over all windows. We had a type-written paint scheme for them to follow, which they did. Brad was here at least once each day to check on progress. Just can't say enough about the quality and detail of the painters mentioned above. Not only were they very good at what they do, but they were always courteous. They cleaned up after each day. All the previous glowing reviews on Painting Innovations really are justified! Just book them early.

There were no troubles with scheduling and the price was fair. They left no mess behind after completing the work. It was a fine experience.

I wish there were a way to give a higher than A rating because the crew at Painting Innovations did a truly outstanding job painting our home. They did both interior and exterior work and this review will focus on the exterior as it was the more significant project. David, the owner, was able to promptly schedule an estimate and sent me that estimate by email. The written estimate included a detailed description of all steps that would be undertaken in prepping and painting the house and the price was the most affordable of three quotes we received. He was available for additional questions and scheduling by email and came by the house to help with color selection and painting samples onto the side of the house before the project began. His crew did an AMAZING job painting our house. Two painters worked for 7.5 days on the project with a third pinch hitting for the final 1.5 days. I was consistently impressed with the courtesy and work ethic of Painting Innovations' crew. These guys worked nonstop, methodically, day after day to care for every inch of the exterior. They removed all the storm windows, power washed the exterior, scraped peeling paint, caulked gaps and fixed wood rot by replacing rotted planks. The prep work took probably 4 days as they were extremely thorough. They painted the entire house using a sprayer, which gave a thick and uniform color. We elected to have a body color, trim color, shutter color and door and it all looked great with clean lines maintained between all parts. They scraped all the windows clean after painting and then thoroughly washed them with window cleaner. They replaced all shutters, hardware (like house number, mailbox), and storm windows and also washed and shined the glass in the storms. I don't think my windows have ever been this clean! At the end of each day, the crew did a thorough clean up job, storing ladders and other materials discreetly along the rear of the yard and disposing of rubbish as they worked each day. The crew was always careful to cover near their workspace so that no grass was painted etc and was extremely careful of plants that were near the house. At the conclusion of the project, the owner came to review the finished result with me and correct any minor issues immediately. Again, I cannot say enough good things about my experience. We will be sure to use Painting Innovations and his crew for future painting needs.

I sent Brad a message via Angie's List in May about painting our house. He responded within 24 hours and came to the house within two days of that to assess it for the estimate. Our house was built in 2003, so it hadn't been painted in 11 years. It's a large 2-story home with several peaks. He sent the estimate within 24 hours and we scheduled for Aug 4th. Between May and August we had several questions about the paint and colors and Brad answered quickly each time with very helpful suggestions. On August 4th, they were here first thing in the morning. His crew was very detailed, hard-working and courteous. They even suggested a few things we hadn't thought of. They power-washed everything thoroughly and completed the prep work quickly. This was a big job, but they completed paint and trim on the entire house, staining of several large sections of 6-foot privacy fence and two large decks, plus stairs between the two by 5-6 pm on Friday. They cleaned up everything & you couldn't even tell they'd been here except for the beautiful new-looking home and some left over paint. I've already had multiple compliments on the work they did and I couldn't be happier with the results. Brad and his entire crew were excellent to work with. After this experience, we're now thinking of getting them back to do some interior painting done, too. I'd recommend Brad and Painting Innovations to anyone! I'm a VERY happy customer.

We had a very good experience with Brad and his workers. They started when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and did excellent work. I would use them again.

I agree wholeheartedly with other commenters about the care the crew took and how well the job was done. Plus, they were quite accommodating with our schedule and worked well with and around our dogs. I have never had contractors make it so easy or less disruptive for me than this crew. Would definitely recommend....thanks, Brad and team!

All the workers were very nice, took pride in their work, did an OUTSTANDING job on all the work they performed. I must also mention. all the men were EXTREMELY hard workers!!!!!! They did an EXCELLENT job and I am so pleased with the quality of the workmanship!!!!! I would definitely hire this company to do work for me again!!!! What a wonderful experience I had!!!!!

Excellent job on the house and deck. Will definitely use them again in the future. After each day the workers cleaned up and when the job was finished there was nothing laying around in the yard. Brad did a final walk through and he spotted areas that needed touch up so they fixed it before they left. House looks great as well as the deck.

From my first contact to the final meeting, Brad and his team were helpful, responsive, committed and friendly. Brad projected a start date and met that date perfectly, despite the potential for weather delays. The job started and finished just as expected. A separate team performed the wood rot repairs and when additional damage was uncovered, Brad was quick to provide details and a quote, and to keep us on schedule. I was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the entire group who worked on our house; from repairs to prep to painting and clean up. Our house looks great!

Painting Innovations is a great company to work with. We received four bids for painting our house and their bid was in the middle as far as cost. We felt the most confident going with Painting Innovations because of the completeness of the bid and the company owner's thorough, initial evaluation of the work that needed to be done. The crew of three men who painted the house did an excellent job and were great to work with. Neighbors even commented on their professionalism in their quality of work.The crew worked long days and got the job done within a week. I highly recommend the company.

They painted the exterior of our home. They showed up on time every day for 3 days. They cleaned up after their work everyday. And completed the work on the day that was promised. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for fast, professional, and outstanding work.

David's team painted almost every room in our home and did a fantastic job. Work done: 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, 1 Playroom, Entryway and hallways. Also, refinished our master bathroom cabinets for us and caulked and painted master closet and 1st floor main closet. From start to finish, David and his team were always on time (or early!), very responsive, cleaned up after themselves each night and made sure we were completely happy with the job before wrapping up the project. Fantastic attention to detail and really wonderful to work with. We had paint colors from a previous home and paint colors in the existing home that we were trying to match. David got it done and we can't wait to move into the house now that it really feels like our own home! Would highly recommend this team and will use them again if any painting needs come up again. Everything went really well. The house looks great. Owner was on site each day and the crew was Very punctual. Worked all day and did a terrific job. Very courteous and careful when moving plants and furniture on porches and put everything back in its place. Brad was also very helpful with making a color selection.

We bought a $199 deal and they painted a bedroom walls, trim and ceiling.

The work itself was great, but my only frustration was the owner dropped off the worker for the day and he did not speak English and the owner never checked up on him. It was 2 weeks before the owner contacted me for payment.

Brad and his team did an excellent job! Very professional, did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They replaced all the wood rot, took off the storm windows, cleaned the windows, sealed everything, cleaned everything up, etc. Brad and his team were very thorough. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work. Brad has a very personable and professional style. His team was also pleasant to work with and very detailed oriented. I would highly recommend them. It was a great experience.

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt, thorough, and certainly did not waste any time, they did not sit around killing time; they worked form the time they got here until they left. They did the job in four days, which was great. They were here when they said they would be and if there was any delay, they would call and let me know. I was very pleased with them; they were very good. They had to remove a lot of things and put new stuff in. They were very professional and were great at cleaning up; they did not leave any mess what so ever, they cleaned up every day after they were through and there was absolutely nothing left when they were finished. They were very neat; they masked and taped everything so surrounding areas did not get any paint.

Time will tell but so far the house looks great.
