Description of Work: Excellent. We originally started using this vendor due to an eDeal from eNeighbors. We have used them for 2 years now, fall and spring and the experience has been great. The first visit, I explained to the technician that we believed there was an issue with the ac unit that was discovered the prior fall. The technician diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Fortunately, it was not an expensive solution. So many times with an older system vendors push system replacement. This did not happen. The technicians arrive within the time frame and call when they are on their way.
