I dropped off my weed eater in mid May. I believe the exact date was May 15th, but I may be off by a day or two. At the time of drop off I was told that my repair could take up to two or even three weeks and asked if that was okay. I said that would be fine since everyone was quoting about the same time frame. On June 21st I decided I had waited long enough. I stopped in with my ticket and asked if they had even looked at it yet. They said that they had not had the "chance" to look at it yet. I told him that Nuts and Bolts have had my weed eater for five weeks and if they hadn't even looked at it yet to just hand it over as they were taking entirely too long. He said "okay" as if it was no big deal; he then handed it over and said "here you go." I'm not only annoyed that in FIVE WEEKS they couldn't even look at it but the fact that they just acted as if it was no big deal was unacceptable. If you tell someone two to three weeks and you haven't even looked at it in almost twice that time frame and it is no big deal then apparently customer service is not a high priority.
Description of Work: NOTHING. They were suppose to fix my weed eater.

They gave me an accurate estimate over the telephone. We scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time. They had to bring equipment into the house in order to do the work. They were very careful with it. They completed the work in a couple of hours. I was a little skeptical of getting my ducts cleaned, but I can really tell a difference. They're blowing stronger than they have in years. I called several duct cleaners and Nuts and Bolts was the cheapest of all of them. The great work.
Description of Work: Nuts and Bolts performed air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.
