On time, fast, efficient, through.

The service turned out very good, except that it rained a few days later and messed up our windows again, but they are not as bad as they were. They had scheduled it for when we wanted, it was timely. We had purchased a big deal for $75, and we did not pay anything extra. They did a very nice job, they were courteous, and the young man who came out was a very nice young man.

I spoke with Wendy at the cleaning service. I misunderstood the service that they were providing. She was polite and professional when I spoke with her. I do think the description is misleading. The serviceman came to our home and asked us if he could look around and see what additional fees would be for our job. I thought I was going to be able to get at least $150 worth of my windows cleaned. The deal should state that this deal is for $150 towards getting windows cleaned. The price I got to clean inside and outside of you windows was too expensive as well. We felt it was best to get a refund for the deal. I am getting a refund through Angie's List.

Team showed up on time, did great work. They even showed me some issues with my windows that I wouldn't have found had they not pointed them out.

The service was fine. I was pleased with the service.

The service was fine - nothing remarkable about the service either in a positive or a negative way. They arrived a little bit later than they said they would, cleaned the gutters and left. As to suggestions for improved customer service, the crew lead could introduce himself and the other crew members. When the work is complete, it would be nice to have him lead a walk around to look over the work and note any particular areas of concern. I was not unhappy with the job at all but think that there are ways to make something as ordinary as gutter cleaning a memorable experience.

Did a great job.... most importantly, they did not attempt to sell up additional services. The actualy stated, things look good and I'll be ok for quite a while.

The service worked out pretty well. They did a pretty good job. They did not at all clean the windowsills or anything. They did not touch that but they cleaned maybe 22 windows or something like that. They got the windows nice and clean. They looked good but there was a couple of them that still had some spots on them but they generally did the windows. I expected them to at least wipe a little bit around the sill area but they did not. My interaction with them was okay and I spent another $96 on top of the big deal price. I have never had the windows cleaned before but their price seemed fairly reasonable. Maybe I would not use them again in the future.

Good job. We wanted the window clean before we put our house on the market. They came out crystal clear!

Went as expected after some understandable weather delays. No problems. added value - service provider pointed out a couple areas that needed some additional maintenance.

It went great. Three guys, worked fast, inspected work, very consumer freindly. Jose was the man in charged and he is very pleasant to work with.

Noonshine was fantastic at answering my questions regarding their Angie's List deal ($75 for $150 of services). They called almost immediately after I purchased the deal to schedule it. They gave me a number of options to choose from and I ended up having them out on a Saturday. They showed up on time to the minute and the whole house took about 3.5 hours. They were also very professional - they made sure to point out where our windows had issues before they removed them in the event they would get worse. I gave quality a B because there were little paint chips under many of the windows from taking them apart to clean them and I had to sweep or wipe all of that up after they left. Other than that, the actual window cleaning itself appeared to be very thorough. In regards to hiring them again - there is a large picture window in the front of our house (it is original on our 1932 Tudor) and it drives me nuts because it is full of spider webs. I had the windows cleaned by another provider and they removed it to clean it without a problem a few years ago. However, it has since been painted over so that was problematic but the bigger issue is that they told me they don't carry the tool to remove it so they wouldn't have been able to remove it anyway. If they won't be able to remove it in the future, then I'll need to go back to the other provider.

Company was in touch throughout process. Weather forced a rescheduling of original appointment, which ultimately was convenient, on time, efficient

After sharing with the vendor that we live in a condo, and after their error of not showing up the first time, they rescheduled to do the service on a Saturday afternoon. On Saturday, their driver called and said they were going to cancel b/c they don't usually do condos on Saturday. I have requested a full refund of my money.

We had a little trouble scheduling due to the cold weather so the windows didn't get done as quickly as I would have liked. Not their fault!

I got the ad from Angie's List for these guys. They were listed as window cleaners. So I called the office and spoke with a woman who confirmed they did clean gutters. I informed them I had a guard on the back and was interested in getting more guards. She informed me it would be 25.00 for an insert. I told her I would try that. When the workers came out . They informed me it would be 50.00 additional cost. I declined that offer. They then got on the roof and was there for about 5 minutes and left. I called them on the phone as there was no evidence they did anything and they left without telling me they were done. THE GUY ANSWERING STATED "OH THERE WAS NOT A LOT, LESS THAN A BUCKET AND WE TOOK IT WITH US." Then I got the 99.00 invoice. I called to express my concern with the office/owner and that was an even worst experience. He was rude and did not listen to anything I said. I didn't expect not to pay for what little services they did but I sure did not expect to pay 99.00. They did not even run water ! This company will never be used or recommended. I guess they didn't expect a woman to know what that service should be. I have used good gutter cleaners from Angie's list before and I should have contacted them rather than following the deal. What a rip off! BUYER BEWARE!!!

We had to reschedule a few times due to weather issues which was a bit inconvenient, but understandable. I was hoping I would get a discount or extra service since they had to delay the cleaning twice, but once they did come in and do the work it was done very well. I was able to stay in the home and barely noticed they were in here working.

I assume they did a good job. I saw the bag with the leaves in it. I didn't get up and look at the gutters ourselves but I think they did a good job. They called me, told me that they would be out and told me not to worry about being at home, they would take care of everything. When I got home, they got a bag out there filled with leaves so I assumed they did their job and went on their way. It just took a while before I heard from them initially. I have heard from Angie's List first with a note asking if I have heard from them yet and I said no and the next day, I heard from them. I don't know if they had gotten swamped with stuff or what. That was my only complaint. They seemed very nice.

They were very professional and cleaned up every thing when they left.

That was okay. They did leave all the debris in a trash bag and left it in the driveway. Scheduling was just fine.

Bill came personally to do the bidding. He sent 2-3 people to do the work and his people were good. Bill is a really good guy. We were able to quickly and readily use the coupon. Bill runs a smooth operation and he has some great green cleaning products that he has formulated. I bought the window spray it was so good.

We have a lot of roof and it’s actually three stories in the back so we knew there would be extra costs. They mailed me an invoice, but I would have preferred to have gotten it before they left. It was a big job and they did a good job. The quality was good. It took about 2 hours to clean the gutters. They came out within a day or two of purchasing the Big Deal. Scheduling the Big Deal was easy. They contacted us.
