Noonshine Window Cleaning Service

With the exception of occasional spot cleaning, and cleaning on 2 occasions when the house was painted, this is the only time the windows had ever been cleaned inside and out. I didn't know how dirty the windows were until they were cleaned. The crew came in, made an assessment and got to work. Even though they were down a person, the 2 person crew still completed the job in the one half day promised. They were neat, efficient and friendly. They were gentle with my numerous foundation plantings. I highly recommend them and I will use them in the future.

They were here about 3 hours, they did a good job.

They did ok, but left the fence open and my dog wandered out after they were gone.

I told them that I had an appointment at 1:00pm and needed them to be done by then. They were not finished until after 1:00 pm. He walked around the house and told me the cost would be $107.00. They cleaned and the windows look just ok. Instead of taking the screens out of the window and spraying them, they took them out and rubbed them with a cloth inside the house. They did not put the furniture back in place after moving it to clean the windows. When they finished they wanted a check for $107.00 not just the difference between the Big Deal price and $107.00. I explained to him I was unhappy with his explanation with the price. I have called and emailed them with no response. This deal ended up costing $182 and the work was just OK.

They came on time and we no issues with them. They did a neat job. There were two people here doing the work and it took 2 hours to complete.

The service went okay. They did have to come back a second time because we have really high windows and they did not have the right equipment. The technicians did do a very good job on the window cleaning. I appreciated their honesty regarding not having the right equipment, and they told me up front what they could and could not do. I had no issues with scheduling.

No issues with the scheduling or promptness of the service call. The windows are so clean. I would use them again.

Although we paid for the work, no one every responded. We are currently seeking a refund.

They did what they said they were going to do but they slightly intrusive. Their overall approach to the job and explaining what they were going to do could have been better. They seem to generate a lot of noise.

Three people showed up to clean my windows (I live in a townhome). They were done in less than an hour and my windows look amazing. I will DEFINITELY use this company again. The staff were upbeat, friendly and very professional!

They arrived when promised did what they do and did a great job. They use a special cleaning agent that made our windows shine longer! Wised we had done earlier!

Noontime really shows how a business should be run. I signed up for the deal through Angie's List and then left them a message. It was Good Friday so I really didn't expect an immediate call. They call me right back. Wendy is their long-time customer service lady and she is really on top of it. Two hours later, Bill came out and looked at my house. I have a three story large house close to Brookside with many, many windows. That afternoon, Wendy called with the estimate and set up a time to come. We decided I would rotate and do one floor at a time to cut the cost as I have very old and difficult windows to clean. The crew came and were so great. The supervisor sent a lot of time with me showing me some problems with the windows and explaining the process. They look beautiful and next Spring, they will come and do another floor and clean my gutters. Thanks, Bill and Wendy. Way to go!

Excellent. Staff was very professional and courteous and their work was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Would like to have had the storms windows removed and clean the inner windows, but still happy w/the work. At the very least include this info in the estimate/deal info.

I called provider's office prior to purchase of deals to make sure it could be scheduled when needed and asked about using two deals. The deals were for $75 for $150 worth of cleaning. I purchased two deals for $150 to get $300 worth of cleaning after the wman on phone said I could use both deals and estimated the overall cost less both deals. When provider came, he said two deals could not be used on one visit and refused to honor the second one. I called the office and left messages on several occasions and did not get a reply. On the other hand, they did a fabulous job cleaning my windows! I was impressed with their effort and the team all knew exactly what their roles were and went to work immediately and worked hard and without breaks. Very nice people. They need to educate the office on the workings of the deals.

Excellent service. Very professional and thorough. Coupon was $75 for 8 complete windows. Paid $39 more for a few additional windows. Very reasonable price! If I had known my windows could be so sparkling clean (like they are not even there) I would have done this years ago and repeatedly, not just to get our house ready to sell. Love my clean windows!!

Everything went well. It turned about my gutters were not as dirty as I thought, but they were very professional and on time. I have no complaints.

What a wonderful crew! Very hard working and very good at their jobs. They came in and started working right away. They each had their own jobs and knew their jobs very well. The windows had some paint on the outside which had not been well scraped and they got that off as well. The screens are so clean I didn't think they were in place because I couldn't see them. The windows were very smudgy and dusty on the outside and maybe between the storms and windows. But now they are so clear and clean that they simply sparkle. I had purchased the deal of $150 worth of cleaning for $75. And noticed that it said I could purchase two. So I did and I talked with a woman who answered the phone and she said that the two would take $300 off my window cleaning leaving me with a balance of $137. However, once they arrived, the crew leader said that only one deal could be used per cleaning, which then left me with a balance of $314. I had added a three glass panel patio door when they arrived so that was part of the difference. But I was a little upset about being unable to use the two deals. But they did a wonderful job and my windows look great! And they are really great people!

It went pretty well. They did a fine job. They didn't damage anything and it was a smooth process. They were very professional. They were pretty quick, they got in touch with me right away and there is no big complaint on that. There were a couple of things that I didn't like which was that they didn't clean up everything. Some pieces of the gutter junk actually was still on our deck, not many but enough worth a tonne or so.
