Went very well. I had purchased an Angies List coupon and scheduled the appointment. The lady I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. The crew showed up on time. A gentleman and two ladies did the work. He explained everything they would be doing and they worked very efficiently as a team to get everything done. If I remember correctly, it took less than an hour to complete the job. He took me around to examine the end result and I was amazed at how fantastic my old windows could look. I left the shades up to admire the clear view. My daughter thought the window was open because it "disappeared" it was so clean.!

The workers were here on time and did the work in a timely manner. My windows look great. My only complaint is they did not clean the grooves on the window tracks. You don't really notice it unless the windows are open.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for $69.95 to clean 15 windows inside and out (and to remove screens). I called and the company was prompt and courteous. They arrived a couple of days later, but were quite late and did not call to let me know they'd be running behind.Once they did arrive, Jose C. counted all the windows and gave me an estimated for the 12 extra windows thatneeded cleaning. It cost me an additional $124. I wasn't thrilled with the additional cost, but knew that I had more than 15 windows and a few abnormally sized ones that would cost extra if I wanted them cleaned. They threw in a bottle of their spray cleaner for free.The team was fast, thorough and professional. The windows never looked better. The office called a few days later to see if I was happy with the service. I definitely was. It's not necessarily a cheap project (even with a Big Deal coupon), but the work the team does is terrific.

We purchased a Big Deal Coupon through Angie's list for $69.95 which allowed 15 windows cleaned inside and out.We contacted the company and heard back the same day. We spoke with Wendy who even with a computer issue was able to accomodate our job and schedule within two days of when we called. It was important as we were having our house painted and all the storm windows were off so the timing was perfect before the painters came back to install the storms. The crew arrived 15 minutes early - assessed the job and went to work. They cleaned 23 windows inside and out in one hour and 15 minutes! The crew was extremely professional and friendly. The windows are so clean it is truly amazing. I am VERY particular and was skeptical to begin with - but I would recommend this company to all (and in fact already have to my boss). The add'l charge ws $54.00 There is no way this job would not have taken my husband and myself the entire day to get it done. And the results would NOT have been as good. I HIGHLY recommend this service!

Our house was built in 1994 and we have never had the windows washed inside and out since the day we moved in. Needless to say, they were filthy. Noonshine did a fabulous, took out all the screens, cleaned all of our windows thoroughly, inside and out, then returned all furniture to its place. They were punctual, professional, clean, effecient, and quick.

We have huge windows and it takes a long time to clean them. They do a beautiful job. Once I asked them to do some extra job, that is to clean the light in the entrance hall and they did a beautiful job. They are very quite, they come in, do their work and go. They let me know when they would be coming here and they come on time.

Window sills were not cleaned, several windows were streaked and spots were still left on windows. Three screens were ripped out which we have to pay to have repaired. On one window there was a piece broke off and left on the ground. The deck furniture was left out. We called and complained and they said they would come back between 2 &3 PM the next day but they didn't show up. They did call at 4:20 and ask if they could come then we said no. I called the next morning and ask to speak to Bill Noon the owner but he didn't return my call. I then sent a letter asking for a refund but he still didn't respond. I had used this company since 1995 but will never call them again. The crew worked so fast that they couldn't have done a good job. Last year the sills weren't cleaned so I did ask the crew supervisor to make sure they were clean this year. Also, they say they go through the house with you but he said he didn't need to do that as he was in a hurry.

I FOUND THE WORKERS TO BE FRIENDLY AND THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, BUT I NEEDED TO STAY ON TOP OF THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY REALLY CLEANED THE WINDOWS WELL. THERE WERE AREAS THAT NEEDED TO BE SCRAPED WITH A SHARP EDGE TO GET RID OF OLD PAINT SPECKS, AND A CHANDELIER THAT NEEDED TO BE LOOKING GORGEOUS. I HAD TO INSPECT EACH WINDOW AND TELL THE PERSON IN CHARGE THAT A FEW NEEDED TO BE DONE AGAIN. I FELT THAT THE PRICES WERE VERY HIGH. FOR $7.OO EACH WINDOW, EXTERIOR ONLY, I EXPECTED EXCEEDINGLY AWESOME WORK. IN THE END THE WINDOWS LOOKED GOOD, BUT FOR THEIR PRICES I EXPECTED THEM TO PUT A LITTLE MORE ELBOW GREASE INTO THEIR WORK.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, ON TIME AND VERY REASONABLE. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WHEN THEY HAD TO MOVE FURNITURE, THEY PUT EVERYTHING BACK THE WAY THEY FOUND THEM.

THEY HAVE VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WITH A LARGE CLEANING CREW. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING VERY WELL AND WILL ASK TO SEE IF YOU WANT OTHER AREAS CLEANED WHILE THEY ARE THERE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY THOROUGH, BUT A LITTLE PRICEY.
