Did everything they said they would. Very professional.

Great use of Angie's list here. They gave me a quote over the message system. I agreed to the price. They did the work. super easy, well done work done quickly, almost zero effort on my part. Ease of doing business on something like this is important to me. Reliable and professional.

They did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and washing the windows. They clearly explained what was covered in the deal and what was not.

Two guys were here exactly when they said they would be. One worked inside, one outside. They don't tilt the windows and their way works better. I could never get the screens clean no matter what I tried. They're clean now!

The service was fine. They were courteous. They did what I wanted them to do. I was happy with the service. I have no complaints.

It turned out wonderful. They didn't do the window seals right.

********************Update******************* This is in response to Noonshine Response to my initial review 1) When I called Noonshine to make the initial appointment I was clear and upfront with the girl who answered the phone that I had broken a 4-6 inch piece of bamboo trying to unclog a small gutter near my entrance but I could not reach it well from the 2nd story window. Actually I joked that this was the reason I bought the Angie's List Big Deal. Also, when the crew came out I informed the supervisor the same thing and pointed out the small gutter. The supervisor had this gutter cleaned and bamboo stick removed within the first 5 minutes of being at my house. The owner's response is trying to confuse and mislead this issue to his advantage. 2) The owner of this business realized ( I did not at the time ) that when he did a Big Deal service through Angie's List that once one part was finished, in this case the gutters for a fixed $49.00, that there were no refunds allowed even though the $150.00 was a credit. I would recommend to anyone using this service to get the estimate in writing before any gutter cleaning is done so you know what the variable will be so you can just refuse the service and get a refund with no problems. By having them come out on different days (due to rain the day they cleaned the gutters) he was then able to come out and quote me a high estimate. In this case I had done reviews through other members on Angie's List to get an idea of the ballpark cost for the same number of windows. If you live in South Johnson County I would expect this provider may attempt to give a high estimate. I was not going to be taken advantage of in this situation and declined their services when they presented a $330 +/- estimate. 3)Regarding the hour he stated was spent at my home - or 40 add'l minutes to the initial 20 minutes. The supervisor told me that they do not remove gutters because it can scratch the paint on the gutter. In response to this I indicated I was not concerned about that. However, this speaks volumes if you are concerned about having your gutters clean and there is a blockage. Why would some company offer services but state they can clean but not unclog your gutters if they are clogged? That you will need someone else to come out? He mentioned nothing about add'l charges but seemed in a hurry to leave after 20 minutes and only stated I needed to call someone else. Also, it took longer because they did not have any tools to insert into a gutter or the proper size ladder to reach the top of the gutter. It took them forever to decide to get an attachment to their ladder and I had to find something in my garage for them to push up the gutter to unblock the leaves. If you are going to offer gutters cleaning services I do not consider leaves in the gutters to now be a repair - but this company eventually does. 4) Also, It appears Angie's List paid this provider even though I wrote the review right away stating the work was not complete. This owner received full payment and it is not until today that I read anything about what he was willing to do - as he never contacted me. I would not have trusted them on my site regardless but not contacting a customer and keeping money for services not rendered speaks volumes about the ethics of this owner. I contacted Visa and was able to get a $150.00 credit back to my card.

The cam a little early which was fine. The looked at what needed to be done and gave me a price. I had bought a coupon from angie's list. The work was efficient, and professional. They were done in about 90 minutes. They left everything just as it was. I would use them again.

They arrived on time. He gave me advice on what to use in the future if I wanted to do it myself.

They arrived before the scheduled time and had the job done. I wanted to be here to observe, so I have no idea what was done. I can't really judge what kind of job was done. There was a small bag of debris placed on the curb. My complaint is that they were too early, before the scheduled appointment time.

It went pretty well. We added on other services, which raised the price significantly. I’ve used them before for a number of years and it ended up being more than what I usually pay without any deals.

It went fairly well. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a pretty good job. After they left, we found a few minor problems -- a couple of screens not completely latched, some smears on windows, leaves caught in one downspout -- but on the whole the house looked better when they left than when they arrived.

They arrived on time, the lead guy looked at all the windows and called my attention to a few issues with broken seals. He took off his shoes at the door. Then the team of 2 plus him proceeded to clean all the windows, and they were gone in 90 minutes. I was especially impressed with how they put everything back so I couldn't even tell they had moved things. Just one thing: although the lead guy took off his shoes initially, he put them back on before going out to the truck (understandably), but then when all three of them came back in, nobody took off shoes and I had a few spots to clean off the rug after they left. Not a big deal but there are "booties" available for service people to wear and I wish these people would've used them. But overall I'm happy with the service and will use them again.

They arrived on time - each person had a responsibililty (removing screens, etc.) and the work was managed so that everything flowed smoothly. They were very careful in laying down towels on the carpet. When they left my windows were spotless. I would definitely use them again.

They responded almost immediately stating that they do not service my town although they do service my county.I have requested a refund from Angie's List.

Noonshine worked with me through email to schedule, and then reschedule my appointment. They were on time this morning and the crew was thorough and did a great job. I will have them back for gutter cleaning in the spring!

The price for the work was good. They were very communicative and keep in good contact with me regarding scheduling when the appointment needed to be rescheduled due to weather. There were no issues and my experience with them was fine.
