Overall I highly recommend Noonshine. I would suggest giving them more notice during the Spring cleaning season because I think I used them at a really busy time. But they still fit me in and did an excellent job.

Work performed by 3-person crew, all of whom worked well individually, and as part of the team. The windows were sparkling clean when they were finished, and they're still gleaming in the bright sunshine! I also got some advice on where to take screens for repair (if and whenever necessary). Though a bit pricey, well worth it. We were extremely pleased and, without hesitation, highly recommend this company to others.

I purchased a "Big Deal" coupon for $69.00 for gutter cleaning (100 feet of guttering). Due to the popularity of the deal it took about 2 months to get on their schedule. Though I had to leave messages for my phone calls to be returned, every person I dealt with was polite and calls were returned within an appropriate amount of time. When the crew came to complete the job they told me it would cost an additional $200 to clean all the guttering on my house. The crew member told me that was about the amount it would have cost without purchasing the "Big Deal" coupon. The 3-person crew cleaned my gutters and then ran water from a hose through the guttering to make sure they were open and clean. Unfortunately, when my water bill came in January we discovered the water had not been shut off completely when the crew finished the job, doubling my water bill for the month. I will know another time to double check and make sure the water is turned off but didn't think I should have to worry about that detail, especially in December. It's hard to plan expenses when a "Big Deal" coupon is purchased because a person can't get an estimate for the work before purchasing the coupon. I marked that I would use this company again because "maybe" isn't a choice. I probably would not purchase a "Big Deal" coupon for this type of work again because I think it would be important to get an estimate for the total cost involved. I would call them for an estimate but can not guarantee I would choose them for the job. The gutter cleaning seemed to be okay but the whole experience was not totally positive, due to the extra expense from the additional cost to clean all the guttering and the extra cost from my doubled water bill. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up most of the debris that was removed from the guttering.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, moved back any furniture that they had moved to gain access to windows. They were very neat about their work and very professional.

Needless to say, I did not have Noonshine clean my windows.

The windows are well cleaned. Recommend checking twice on the number and style of windows to get the most accurate estimate.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. They were fast, courteous, professional and did an exceptional job. My windows looked amazing. They wiped out the sills as well and made sure there were no drips on the floor. You won't be sorry. I will definitely use Noon Shine again.

They did a good job. We had a coupon that we used and it was for a certain number of windows on the outside. We wanted a smaller number of windows and cleaning done not just on the outside, so they applied the amount of that coupon to what we wanted done. There were a couple of scheduling problems. The price was excellent because of the coupon.

We used a Groupon deal through this company. It was the first time we had used them and they gave us so many windows for one price but we knew that we had more windows that were needed done. The guy that came out was kind of stern at first but began to loosen up. He was a little picky with the number of windows I thought.

They do excellent service. I would highly recommend them. I spent about $200 on the job. There is nothing I dislike about them. They are very professional. They do excellent work. I have used them thrice. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased a big deal on Angie's List for them and paid $69 upfront. I had extra windows and so, it was a little bit more. It was a good price and I was very happy with the price. I liked everything that they did. They came in and did their work. They took off their shoes in the house. They did a great job and I had no complaints. They were here on time. They were very professional.

He did an excellent job. He was right on time and did the job for exactly what he said he would, which I thought was very reasonable. He was a very nice man and did an excellent job.

I'm very pleased with the job. It's been a week and I have yet to find any smears, smudges, or missed spots. The windows do, literally, shine. They arrived within 15 minutes of their appointment time and started into work immediately after giving me a final price. (I had received an over-the-phone estimate.) My only disappointment was that they were shorthanded that day and, consequently, the job took several hours longer than anticipated. Luckily, we had no plans that were inconvenienced by the extra time. The two employees worked steadily, without a break, throughout.

Everything was good, they actually removed the windows from the panes to clean them. I was surprised at the process they used, very thorough. There was a very small crack in the corner of one of the window when they were done and although they said they did not cause the crack, they made every attempt to fix it. I just haven't been able to follow up on the offer yet. My only real complaint is that they are pretty obviously using undocumented workers. The two women working with the one guy either couldn't speak any english or just chose not to. I could only speak with the guy who was there and who was American. They did a good job but I don't like not being able to communicate and also don't like that sort of business practice. Overall, this is a good service. We will hire them again and I do trust they are doing their best in a difficult business environment. I'd rather hire a local biz than a big corporate service, even if the workers don't speak english.

The servicemen arrived promptly and gave me an estimate for the whole house. They worked with me in picking out the windows that were most important to me. The job was done efficiently and professionally. One of my storm windows that comes off the track easily was broken, but it was repaired and replaced without question. I am very pleased with my clean windows.

They were very prompt, efficient and professional. There were three people, two men and a woman, in the team. They had all of my windows, including double pane and storm windows, cleaned within an hour and a half. They had also replaced any furniture they had to move during the process. They were great; just wonderful. I would definitely call them again. I think they were very fair in their pricing and I appreciate the coupon they offered through Angie's List. I had wanted to call this company in the past but had never gotten around to it. So when the coupon came I decided to call them. I will use them again in the future.
