 + -1 moreIt went well. The $75 promotion only covered about 1/2 the windows and did not cover storms or screens. But they did allow us to stretch our payment out over 3 months - which made it afforadable for the extra sost to do the entire house. Workmen were polite and punctual.

 + -1 moreOverall the window washing went well. The workers were prompt and courteous and efficient in their work. The windows were all cleaned well and the whole house looked better because of their quality work.
Description of Work: We took advantage of an Angie's List Big Deal with Noonshine Window Washing services. We had more windows than were included in the original offer and Noonshine were reasonably priced in adding the additional windows.

 + -1 moreThey overall job was average .... They had a team of individuals that completed the job rather than one person. I felt like they were there to clean all windows as quickly as possible.....and they did The job fair but definitely not what I had from another window cleaning company a few months previous. The other window company took pride in their company and the job they performed rather than just employees there to complete the task.

 + -1 moreThey arrived at the appointment time and got right to work. Some worked outside and some worked inside at the same time which makes things go quickly. They were all very pleasant and friendly. They pointed out a window that had a broken seal which was nice to know. They give you a folder of information when they leave. I will absolutely use them again.

 + -1 moreCompany scheduled appointment and then cancelled the day of the appointment because someone had called in ill. They rescheduled for a week later. On the initial phone consult, I inquired as to wether they company included the window sills. I was advised that they did include the sills. However, when the cleaners were here, they cleaned the glass and the one track that the screen was in. When I asked the lead cleaner about this, stating I was picky, he agreed. He stated that they would try to clean the sills, but could not gaurantee that the sills would be clean. I live in a newer home and have my windows cleaned every six months so I know that the sills were not that dirty. The cleaners cleaned the screens inside on my carpet, left dirt and debris from the screens on my floor. The seemed to be in a rush to leave because they advised me they had to "drive back to Lenexa". I would not recommend or use this company again.

 + -1 moreThe work was great but I would suggest a call to the office to verify extra charges. Had a coupon and paid for more services that the phone representative said were included. They showed up on time got the job done in a timely manner, and the service was great. I would use them again, but would probably not see the same crew.

 + -1 moreThe service was excellent. Very personable and easy to work with. When cleaning inside of windows, they removed their shoes and put towels down to protect carpeting. There was no mess inside or out. Nice and clean!

 + -1 morePerson answering phone did not sound like they wanted to come and make estimate, should have just said so. Said they would be out that afternoon or next morning & they would call back!? Used other company on Angies List.
Description of Work: Called to get an estimate. Never came or returned call. I guess they want you to use online calculator to guess your own cost? I had made the call to go to a friends house got the estimate.

 + -1 moreStaff was curtious and efficient. However, they should advertise "glass" cleaning instead of window cleaning, as they left our window sills untouched. Also, they were supposed to call to follow up with a survey, which they never did. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am, but did not show up until 3:00pm; they did call with updates to let us know, but it was still an inconvienece. Would probably not use again.
Description of Work: They cleaned the glass only of our windows.

 + -1 moreIt was confusing dealing with the company.
Description of Work: I purchased the $75 coupon and because of that this was a good deal. The people were very friendly and professional. There initially was some confusion in the pricing which was worked out, but I think the company should provide something in writing for the customer to give the people who wash the windows or they should email something to the customer so there is no question of cost. I had called the company 2X to clarify the pricing and what was covered. I drew a picture of my house front/back and numbered the windows I wanted washed. I had been told that if the outside of the window only was washed it would run $5-6 per window and that the $74 coupon would cover up to 25 windows. Because of the time of day they came out 1:00pm on a day over 100 degrees. The windows in the back which had direct sun on them showed a lot of smeared dirt at dusk. I do not think this was the fault of the window washers as I cannot clean a window in the direct sun light so I did not have them come back.

 + -1 moreThe crew was very punctual and very professional. 2 people cleaned the insides of the windows and 2 other people cleaned the outside panes. One of the crew was the supervisor who inspected every window at the end of the job and had the inside cleaners re-do a couple of tiny spots that they had missed. They showed me a spot in one of the windows where the seal was broken. I pre-purchased a Big Savings Deal from Angie's list to substantially lower the price (I saved $75.) They welcomed the coupon and ensured that the amount quoted was reduced by the coupon amount. Altogether, the experience was fantastic and I will definitely use them on a regular basis.
Description of Work: Noonshine cleaned our glass-enclosed porch, 13 regular-sized windows and 2 glass screen doors. They cleaned the inside and outside panes, as well as the bottom window sills.
