I called Noonshine Window Cleaning and scheduled my appointment . At that time, I was given rough estimate over the phone based on the number and type of windows in my home. Carmen and her crew were fabulous. They arrived on time and gave me quote for the job. They communicated what they were going to do, worked quickly and quietly, and when they left I had sparkling clean windows and no mess. I had a broken storm window and they took it and had it repaired. I highly recommend Carmen and her crew at Noonshine Window Cleaning.

They had some people come out who supposedly do this type of work all the time, but they seemed to have to fumble around a little get to get it done. Also, the price I paid turned out to be higher than a previous quote after all was said and done. I don’t believe I will be calling them again. The way the footage of the gutters was calculated was frustrating and maybe even deceptive. The windows and gutters are cleaned, but it did take them about four hours, when companies in the past only took about an hour and a half.

It was great! They were fast, and they did a great job! I think, they have a team leader who coordinated everything. They were just efficient, and they worked quickly. They did a good job!

They cleaning crew was professional, on time and did a wonderful job. This is my 4th time using them over the years. You won't be disappointed with their service.

There were 3 people that worked on the windows. They cleaned the inside and outside of each window and well as the window sills. I had 10 of the windows required an extension ladder. The windows were spotless. Very professional.

Super easy to schedule and used a Big Deal coupon $75.00 for $150.00 of work. Arrived on time....no problem. Got right to work and cleaned every dirty window in my house...inside and out. My windows look great! Make sure you take advantage of the Big Deal coupon...it was a little pricey.

We have 29 windows, 8 were not able to be opened...but they did a FABULOUS job!

They were great and did an awesome job. I actually hired them again to come to my new and perform the same services. They were very professional and they showed up on time.

There were 3 people working. The man in charge seemed to be good with what he was doing. I was satisfied with the work. They did a good job and it is understandable they would charge a little more for a bigger job. I purchased a bid deal for $150.00 but I have a lot of windows so it was a good price.

I used them two years ago. They were very fast but left streak marks on the windows and the solution they used didn't bead the water off the windows like my previous company. Wouldn't use them again.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. I spent more than the big deal; I had about six additional windows done. My experience with them was just fine. I would recommend them. It was a very good price for that deal.

My experience with Noonshine Window Cleaning Service was terrible. I had a horrible experience with them. They used a blade on the window or something that ended up scratching our windows. It wasn't deep scratches, but they were visible on the exteriors. I don't know what exactly happened. Beyond that, they actually denied it. They were brand new windows. We knew they had never been scratched. We just had them replaced. We had warranty replacements that had been thoroughly inspected by both of us and the certified installer and would have been sent back at that time of installation if I had seen any such issues. The people that installed them cleaned them and they were pristine when they were put in. I knew that no one had touched them. But Noonshine said there was no way that could have happened, that they did not scratch them. They're very visible, vertical, long stratches consistent with a blade or something like that scratching down the surface of the window. I had him come out to inspect it and he stood in front of me and denied it. He said they didn't use any type of cleaning tool that could have caused those scratches, which just blew my mind, honestly. So, there was nothing I could do. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and Noonshine never contested it. They allowed it to drop off my credit card statement. On top of everything else, it was very expensive to do, even with the Angie's List discount, it was unbelievably expensive. We have a community website and I put a notice on there for everybody in my community to never use them. It was that bad. I was just disappointed. He kind of put himself out there as a very reputable businessman and it didn't work out very well for us. He took zero responsibility for it.

This company is very good. I was especially impressed how thoroughly they cleaned each screen.

The job completed but the quality of the job was the issue. I felt like the crew only had so much time to complete the task and they hustled through each window. Good price, punctual and professional....... just not a great cleaning job.

It was a big deal item. There were no extra charges. They were very good and very on time. They picked up after themselves. They were excellent. In fact, they called me back and told me that once they cleaned the gutters they found problems with the gutters and let me know about it. They were prompt. They did follow up. They called us ahead of time. They were professional. They do what they said they would do.

Pleasantly, two workers arrived-- they were on time and polite. They efficiently went to work to clean each window properly. They were respectful of the house, and took care to keep their work areas organized. The windows are sparkling. The workers noticed that several of the windows' seals around the windows were starting to show wear, and it was recommended that I contact a window repair company to come out to look at the windows on a later date, to make sure vapor doesn't start to build up in the windows in the future. We appreciated their concern, and in fact, will phone a window repair company to come out to the house to service those needs. To improve the service, there could have been more upfront information from the service provider or Angie's List, letting us know that certain types of windows would cost more money. I purchased the "deal" coupon thinking the windows, of which there are about 12 units, thinking they would be covered under the whole-house cleaning description. We didn't know there would be additional $ per window. --Maybe I should have done more upfront homework before I accepted the offer. However, we are pleased, and enjoy the cleanliness of the windows, and the workers attention to detail. One recommendation that I would make: provide rubber runner mats for your workers, so that when they have to stand in flowerbe ds then walk into the home, they have an easier trek without mud worries. However, they made no messes anywhere in my home.

The windows and storm windows were filthy before they came and extremely clean after they left. They removed at least one season of leaves and maybe two from the gutters. I was not there while they did the work but am pleased with the end result and the price. I would definitely use them in the future.

At first I was impressed because they came as a team with one person as the "leader" and comunicater. They were very fast - in and out in about 20 minutes or so. Our windows ended up not as clean as I would expect a professional to do - we have done better ourselves. There were a few screens that did not get back in properly but the main thing that really bothered me about them coming was the hose in the back. The weather was still iffy at that time and turned cold again after they were here. A few days later we noticed a chunk of ice in our backyard. First of all, the hose had been left out in the yard. I realize I should have gone out and put it back when I first noticed it - but I didn't. I wish I would have because I could have saved us some water from running slowly for about 3 days. They had left the hose out in the yard - not where they found it- AND with the water still on. It was gradually building a chunk of ice that was at least a foot around and several inches tall. They were very nice people on the phone as was the gentleman that was here with the team. I feel that due to our experience with them I will not be doing any business with them in the future. To be honest, it kind of turned me off of responding to any other Angie's List offers since. I don't like giving a negative report but that was our experience.
