Noonshine Window Cleaning Service

I bought a big deal on window cleaning and gutter cleaning from the same service provider. On arrival they quoted around $400 out of pocket after the big deal discount. I understand that I have a lot of windows but didn't expect it to be over $400, So I told them to just do the gutters and not worry about the windows for now. It will save me thousands if I just buy a big ladder and do it myself since this is not an electrical or plumbing job that requires special skills.

The crew showed up on time cleaned out gutters and at my request placed gutter covers on for an additional fee ( very reasonable). All the mess was cleaned up very professional!

That was great. It turned out really well. It was my first time using them. The guy was pretty sharp. He had it done really fast. The price was maybe a little bit high.

We were not home, but were pleased with the results. They came when promised.

I just wanted the outside windows done, I could do the inside. I told them which windows I wanted done and they started to work right away.

Jose described what would be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. I was very comfortable (surprised at how low) with his estimate. I had the AL prepaid coupon too. Highly recommended. They had four people on the job and were done in about one hour. The windows looked great and I will use them again.

It went well. It just took them a long time to get it set up. It took them several weeks just to get in touch with me and they said they would call within 24 hours. I spent an additional $200. I thought they were very professional and they pointed out some issues that I had with a couple of windows. I think they were really good, but it was too overpriced. I probably would not use them again, mainly because of the price.

We were not home when they completed this service but they were very prompt in getting back to us and setting up the appointment. Very professional and I have been satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I like them. They did a great job! They were very efficient and very good. The cleaned up after themselves and everything. They were here when they said. They came in to do their work, and they were gone. I mean, they didn't dilly-dally. They did what they were said to do, and did a good job! They were all fine, which is nice.

Noonshine did a fantastic job. They were on time, worked hard and effficient. They were very thorough in their cleaning. I would use them again.

I wasn't there when they did the work. But the scheudling was smooth and easy. They came the day scheduled and get the work done.

I was contacted by the company very quickly after purchasing the Angie's List ($75 for $150 of Window Cleaning) advertised special, and we agreed upon a date & time for the Noonshine crew to show up. A Noonshine representative showed up right on time and, with his clipboard quickly assessed the "actual" cost of cleaning my sunroom windows. Even though I'd purchased a similar special ($99) a year earlier, and knew I had to pay a few dollars more to have ALL of the windows in my entire house cleaned inside and out, I found it very odd that the cost of cleaning JUST my (12' x 14') sunroom windows came to $148.00 (my purchased coupon was to cover $150 of costs). Once we agreed the job at hand would be for the sunroom windows ONLY, the rest of the window cleaning crew appeared (2 women/2 men). Only 1 person spoke English (the first one at my door with the clipboard). The others were clean, cheerful, eager to get started and obedient to their instructions as to whom was to do what and what was to be done. I stayed inside with the female crew and had to remind them only once to wash and wipe clean the window ledges (between glass and screen). There was one gentleman on a ladder outdoors, who had the hardest job of keeping his balance while cleaning the highest windows. The entire job was done in under 30 minutes, and we were pleased with the end result - sparkling clean windows! I can't say I agree with the onsite pricing estimate which ironically has eaten up each of the coupon(s) purchased, but I do like the Noonshine glass-cleaning product, and we've been happy with the quality of clean windows.

Great service, including scheduler. Technicians were tidy, quiet and very professional. Gave no-pressure quote before performing service. Explained all services provided following cleaning. Would definitely use again!

Great work done quickly and safely. Personnel arrived at 8:30 am for a 1:00 appointment without calling first. Company did not call within 2 days to set up the appointment as promised in the deal. I had to contact Angie's List after a week of no response to get a call from the company and then the scheduler claimed to know nothing about the 2 day call back commitment. The actual work was excellent. The crew was professional and very skilled. They easily unclogged a downspout that had been clogged for several years. They also volunteered to remove a bird's nest. The crew was terrific and i'd have them back any time.

Very detailed, even did touch-up work at the end, that the crew manager wasn't satisfied with some streaks. Took off shoes when inside house. Excellent work!! Highly recommended!

They did a nice job cleaning the gutters but some of the gutters are not "in place" ( they sag a bit - they sagged before a bit too ) I would have expected them to hammer them back "in place". Other than that, It was fine.

I was not home when they came so I really don't know how it went. I can only assume they did the work they said they would do.

We had same plants literally growing out of part of our gutters. Noonshine set up an appointment and arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently - as well as cleaning up around the house so no debris from the gutters was left in our bushes. They were very diligent in making sure that our gutter guards were cleaned and replaced. There was a slight up charge for this but we both thought it was reasonable due to the extra time required. They did a great job and we will definitely use them again.

Very pleased. Took their card to recommend to neighbors. Would use again.
