Noonshine Window Cleaning Service

We purchased a big deal for the service, and they were great. They were on time, courteous, and the windows look great. We spent more on both houses. They called us within hours of buying the big deal, and would have been able to come out the next week, but we weren't ready for them.

I wasn't home when they arrived. They called in advance. Left no brush around yard.

The crew arrived right on time and were very courteous. They did a great job in difficult conditions (it started raining). They did all the little details (cleaning sills, doing a small decorative window, cleaning the storm door). I really appreciated how thorough they were! He also took off his shoes when he came inside - they were such a nice team. I would absolutely recommed them to my friends.

Noonshine promised my windows would sparkle. They did not. They were so clean I thought they had disappeared! Truly remarkable work. They called a day ahead. They were punctual. They had budgeted 2 hours, and got it done in one. Their staff was exceptionally professional and responsive. Crew was very experienced and well supervised. I chatted with the crew chief who had been working for them 8 years and had never broken a window. My windows were really really clean. Superior performance at a fair price.

It was very good. We had paid an additional of 50$ for the extra windows that they did. They were very professional and they did a very good job of cleaning everything. They were on time and I think they didn't took a couple of hours to do it so they were really quick.

They did what was promised and called before and after the job was done.

It was a little confusing on what they would do for the "Deal" price. But I had them clean some of the windows and they did a good job and were very polite. Went right to work and were on time.

Showed up at the time that they were scheduled and performed the necessary cleaning of debris from the gutters. Also made note that some repairs to the gutters might be needed. I would use them again.

Two men from the service arrived on time. They washed all windows, outside only, of which I have several, in a three story house. They finished in two hours and did a very nice job.

I was able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable time frame. They showed up on time, was courteous and did a good job. I will use them again.

Consider this a shining review of Noon Shine Window Cleaning who left my windows shining! They called saying they finished the previous house sooner than expected and could come 1/2 hr earlier if that was ok. After arrival crew manager provided a quote and explained the process, also confirmed that the cleaning solution would not harm UV film on the windows. A crew of four cleaned all windows inside and out as well as one chandelier in about two hours! (Crew was identified with logo shirts; all were polite and efficient.) Anything that was moved was returned to its location. Shoes were not worn inside the house. Walls were protected so ladders would not leave marks. It is rare that a service turns out to be better than expected, and Noon Shine certainly was!

They were efficient, and did a great job. I was thoroughly impressed with quality and how fast they did it and stayed out of the way of what was going on in the house. Almost like they were not even there.

I selected this company because of the $75.00 coupon on Angie's list and they had 2 good reviews. The crew of thee arrived on time and began working. While washing the outside of my upstairs window the man cleaning decided to take it upon himself to remove some tape on the window covering a BB shot hole without asking me. He pushed on the window causing about a 12 inch crack. I would NOT want him cleaning my windows ever again. Their team leader called her company and they agreed to replace the glass. However it has taken until today, 10/18, for the glass to be replaced this afternoon. Also after the team left my home I noticed one of the screens on my Pella window was not fitting tight. On closer examination I found the frame had been bent due to their leader trying to force the clip to into the frame. She bent the clip and it fell out into my hand when I removed the screen to examine the problem. I straightened the frame and replaced the screen without the one clip. So now I have only one clip holding in the screen.

All went well and they did a nice job.

They were VERY punctual and professional. She took my information and called me later with additional charges once all the calculations were done. ( above angies list coupon) which I was aware of. I'm Very particular about cleaning and I couldn't have done a better job. NO Streaks !!! Would HIGHLY recommend them !

Quickly, no mess, reasonably priced.

The service provider showed up to wash the windows. I had someone meet them at my home. They called me to ask if I wanted the service I paid for or additional services. I opted to have the windows cleaned on the inside and outside and the storm windows cleaned. The provider told me they would have to take the storm windows off because they did not come off from the inside. They told me that all of the screws on the storms were stripped. This is not true since the house was painted this year and all of the storms were removed and replaced. I told them that the windows themselves were removable from the inside. I was told that in the years since the owner had been in business he had never seen windows like it. I got the impression that they did not want to clean my windows. Wendy from the office called me and told me they had never seen windows like it and that I should request a refund from Angie's List.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They came out about a week after I bought the Big Deal. I think I paid an extra $460 over the Big Deal price of $75. They were fast, did the job and did not bother me. It was good, but I thought they were a little expensive. The quality was good.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they did a very nice job. They were timely, polite, cleaned up the well and they were just a very nice crew. Everything turned out fantastically. I paid extra as I have a large house with a lot of windows.

The crew did a great job. We moved into an 8 year old home that was in need of a major cleaning. They removed screens, replaced the existing screens and did a nice job cleaning all the windows.

It was good except that they were 20 min late and my husband had to leave. So the timing was not great but the job they did was excellent! There was quite a bit of additional charges. It was like $450 more than the big deal amount. It was a chunk of change but we had a lot of windows. There were a lot and our windows have never looked so good! Three people came out to do the job. I wasn't here and so I'm going on what my husband told me. Their tardiness kind of threw things off because my husband had a meeting he had to leave for and so we were trying to synchronize. We didn't want to leave them in our home when we were gone. That was a problem. They seemed to think they would be all done and we could lock up and they could work outside. So there was a little miscommunication between the office who did the scheduling and then the actual crew. So that was the only downside.

I was very pleased with there work. I would recommend them. They were very professional.
