She knew exactly how to price our house so it would sell quickly and for a fair price to the buyer and seller. She knew exactly what had to be done to get the house into a marketable condition for the current buyer's market. Also, she has lots of contacts to help one. Working with Ann Taylor for real estate is like working with a friend. She uses absolutely no high pressure tactics. She just wants to get the job done with fairness to the buyers and sellers. She also works extremely well with people. By using her and quot;Coming Soon Signand quot; the house sold ASAP.

She is also very resourceful. She is more than just a realtor and she becomes a friend. We still keep in touch and I think that she is really good.
